Oooooohhmmmmmmm I really like this place. It has a really genuine vibe. Very laid back as most studios. Tthe instructors pay very close attention to the poses and assist when needed, They are like mind readers I tell you! They have classes that even start at 7:30 pm most weekdays. Agni offers a variety of classes 7 days a week. I've tried several different instructors, but enjoy the approach of Deb, Sue and Channon. The studio is clean and calming, and the class size allows each person to get individual attention. When I lived downtown, I made the drive to Rocky River to go to Inner Bliss. That was my fave place. Now that I live in suburbia and Agni is right around the corner, you catch my drift...Small studio yet it has s good vibe. I took Nathan's Agni yoga class. It was just what I needed that day. Very approachable poses, pranayamas, nice awareness meditations, etc. I really like his style. I didn't even break a droplet of sweat, so this is a class to take it you need to release some tension and be kind to yourself. Maybe someday I will get back into hit powerful flow but in the meantime, I will be a regular at Nathan's class to re-center myself and enjoy the practice. read more

I searched for a long time to find the perfect studio and this is it. You get personalized attention from the expert staff and they learn what you should and should not do. I also like that you can buy a pass and use it for the nice variety of classes and don't have to sign up for one in particular. The people who attend these classes are low key yogis who are more interested in the benefits of yoga than the clothes. I love Agni Yoga - it is such a nice and welcoming environment compared to some of the studios I've been to and the instructors always work with the students to help you get the most out of your practice. I really really enjoyed the classes and teachers at this studio. This was my first time doing yoga and I don't think we could have picked a better first place- lots of beginner-friendly classes. The teachers seemed super knowledgeable on the practice- which is very important to me as a hypermobile (and not in a fun way) person. They were really able to give me advice on how to prevent my joints from overextending in certain positions. I also enjoyed that they would take requests the day of class- in case anyone had a particular ache or pain they needed to work on. Since this was my first yoga studio I never really had much to compare it to- I have since been to another studio in the area and find myself missing the convenient location and class times that Agni offers! I would have continued to go there but I had purchased a Groupon and after my 3 months were up I really couldn't afford to continue at their regular prices- too expensive for a poor college student :-( (the only reason for not giving 5 stars) I hope I can come back eventually, they really offer the best variety of classes in the area-believe me!! This place is located to the left of the movie theater behind Eastgate Plaza. The space is warm and inviting, the desk staff was very friendly and attentive. I glanced at their prices, which are really reasonable and it was Tuesday and they were running a drop-in special (woot woot)! I took the deep stretch vinyasa with Melissa - the class was an hour overall, 45 min of vinyasa and 15 min of restorative - awesome! She also gave lots of hands on love. Though I'm an out of towner, this is my new go-to spot for yoga, I'll probably try massage next. read more

One of a few studios in the Cleveland area that is NOT a hot studio. Very well kept, clean, warm and inviting studio. All the instructors are knowledgable and helpful. I have had Thai massage as well which is quite energizing and different from traditional massage. read more

I forgot my yoga mat for a class , asked if they have one to borrow for a class. I was told yes, I can borrow a mat but I have to pay $3 for a wet wipe to wipe it after use. I did not have my wallet with me and was completely shocked that wet wipe would cost $3 .... I understand the sanitary requirement asking to pay $3 for a wipe is simply crazy ... Did not see that note on web site either . Before that I have tried 2 classes. It's hard for me to recommend this place for beginners because there is almost not explanation on poses ( and teacher could not show many of them due to being overweight) . As far as class for intermediate yoga- too simple and again, teacher could not show even those simpler poses. At the end of the class teacher said - stretch any way you want ...again- teacher neither could show not even explain the poses .... read more

The studio is always kept clean and the instructors are amazing! if you want an intense vinyasa flow, you'll get it! If you want a gentle flow, they offer it too! Truly one of the best studios that actually care about your body and alignment. It's my favorite place. read more

I love this place! Deb teaches everyone from rank beginners to new yoga teachers. She is completely down-to-earth, knowledgeable, funny, and caring, and gears each class to the students and their needs/moods that day. The entire place is always immaculate and comfortable. First time every doing yoga or ever at this studio, I felt real comfortable. Friendly at desk. I took the yoga 1 class and was real relaxing and helpful to me . the only thing was some of the words use to what we were doing I didn't know being my first time I thought teacher would explain a little,but I was new so maybe at this class most people know these terms but it would of been nice to know what she was talking about. she did help me a little toward the end and all and all I felt really good when I left, place was very comfortable and clean. one of the other ladies there suggest I go to a class on Tuesday nite called Gental 1. So I will try that. Thank you to the lady for the suggestion that and I will definitely come back to this place.prices didn't seem to bad. read more

My niece Hannah and I decided to try yoga and searched for the closest studio in our area. We chose Agni Yoga Studio, which was conveniently located in the back of Eastgate. (We were also lucky enough to find a Groupon for our first group of classes, so we figured we had nothing to lose for checking it out.) Of course, there was nothing to worry about, because we loved it! Despite being overly nervous for our first class, we went in and immediately felt welcomed by the staff. The studio is attractive, clean, and has a very relaxing vibe to it. During our first class, Deb went out of her way to make sure we were doing the poses correctly, and stressed that it's more about practice than perfection. We've since become big fans of the Vinyasa Flow classes and look forward to our weekly classes with Sue and Olga. Class sizes are relatively small (usually 3 to 8 people), and they're always a bit different so that keeps them interesting. If you're looking for a healthy way to get out of your head (with all those kooky thoughts that may be running around in it!), I highly recommend the classes at Agni! read more
