Thankfully I was wrong. Elizabeth called me at 10am to let me know the flowers were ready to be picked up. The customer service was great but the flowers were even better. I chose the "Hot Pink Valentine" arrangement from the website and upgraded to deluxe and all I can say is WOW. Elizabeth's work far surpassed all my expectations. Truly the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen! My mom cried when she saw them and said she's never received such a beautiful bouquet. It looked much more expensive than they were! The message I had requested was beautifully handwritten which is so much nicer than the computer generated messages I've received in the past. Thank you Elizabeth for the BEAUTIFUL arrangement.
