I've received flowers from my bf many times from this place, & let me tell you, they're always gorgeous!!!! The flowers are extremely fresh!!! I just have to add a tip though: For some reason I believe they have 2 different phone #'s, my bf says he called several times on my bday but they never answered, he thought they had closed down. Out of curiosity I called the # they have on Yelp & who ever answered (I'm guessing the owner) says "We've been here for 20-something years, were not going anywhere!!"....lol....He says they do not open on Sunday? & they have a different # you can call on that day, or something to that effect. Anyhow, my bf settled for flowers from a different shop :( (they literally only lasted 2 days) he sent me some this past Friday & I just had to put a picture of them since they were beautiful & it was a shame there were no pictures of their flowers here... read more

My mother loved to get flowers from this place-she would always order flowers for herself or for others. When she died, the owners made sure that she would have the most beautiful roses on top of the casket. Many people were amazed and we got many compliments. I still try to order flowers from there once in a while when I'm in town. I will never forget this place- a lot of good memories with my mom there. Flower Craft did the bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding. Loretta was a pleasure to work with. At first I was nervous about ordering from a florist because I thought I wouldn't be able to afford it, but their pricing is very fair. She let me come in early before the shop opened in order to write a detailed quote within my budget. She made suggestions since I didn't really know much about flowers on what colors look well together as well as how to cut costs. On the day of the wedding everything was exactly the way we requested. They packaged everything so that it was easy to pick up and transport to our venue. Exquisite. I ordered 3 arrangements for my sister's funeral. Being out of state, I called the funeral home for a recommendation. The woman who took my order originally received my phone call in her car driving home. She made note of my phone number and called me back when she was home. She was so helpful in suggesting designs and flower selection. I arrived at the funeral home the following day, and before I got to see the arrangements, friends and family came to me raving about them. So it was my 15th wedding anniversary the other day and, of course, I had to get flowers for my wife. I checked Yelp and another similar site for suggestions and came across Flower Craft. Based on what I read, I decided to place an order with them. I usually call and ask the person what they would recommend since they know what looks best. I told the guy on the phone that I was thinking of roses since it was my anniversary. He told me the roses he had were spectacular and that they had just come in that morning. The order process was simple, as it should be, and I was told they would be out that morning. At 10:30AM my wife called me, gushing. She had just received the flowers and told me how beautiful they were. When she got home, she told me how everyone walking by her office stopped to gaze at them because they were so nice. 3 days later, on Friday, she brought them home. I could not believe my eyes! The roses WERE beautiful. They were the biggest roses I had ever seen, and were accompanied by some greenery, baby's breath & some other small, flower buds. When I smelled them, I was equally amazed. they didn't smell like a funeral home, like so many roses do, but actually smelled like a rose! When you walk by, that's all you smell! It is now Tuesday and has been a week since she received them and they have not wilted, nor died. Not happy with the customer service, I requested a fresh cut and asked to get a picture because I was calling from out of town and really wanted to see what I was going to get. So, they didn't take the picture and very rudely said they said would go back out to take the picture and charge me a delivery fee. If they couldn't do the picture they should have said no and I call somewhere else. Now what is really wrong is for me to pay a delivery charge for something they forgot to do. read more

I am so impressed with this florist, and even more with their customer service. I called at 12:35pm today for a last minute corsage for my daughter's school dance tonight. The lady politely told me they had just closed. I asked if she could recommend another florist in the area and she asked me to hold on for one second. She came back to the line almost immediately and said they could make the corsage and I could pick it up right away. They had already closed! After checking Yelp for a florist in Atlanta near Northside Hospital, I found Flowercraft. I called late in the afternoon to request a floral arrangement to be sent to the hospital that same day as the recipient was leaving the hospital the next day. The gentleman on the phone was patient, helpful and accommodating. My past phone order for flowers by phone with a different shop were a disaster. I requested a different color scheme and specifically asked for the freshest flowers. The man suggested some really pretty roses that they had just received. The man there made great suggestions and when I picked up the gerber daisies, I discovered that they were the best prepared flowers i had ever bought. They took my order and when I called back to see what time the flowers would be delivered the owner, Scott, got on the phone and said the address on my card didn't match (it most definitely does) and that due to previous fraud situation they didn't want to take a chance on placing my order. We had an unexpected death in our family. The funeral home recommended Flower Craft. I had phoned in the order, explained the situation and the sales associate was less than empathetic. When I said my young brother unexpectedly passed away-never once was a sympathy or condolence of any sort offered. When asking for a modern clean lined Japanese Rock garden or something with some Zen, I was offered a green ceramic bowl with silk flowers. Clearly the opposite of what I was seeking. OK, I understand that not all florists carry an extensive inventory. I also found it unusual for a preferred florist to a funeral home to not have anything religious to add to an arrangement (angel, cross, etc). My perception was that I was annoying the associate. The arrangements did arrive on time but to my dismay, the card read "May you rest in eternal PIECE" Seriously? If I wasn't so deeply grieving, I would send the card to the Jay Leno Show. Flowers were delivered on Saturday and by Sunday night the Hydrangeas were already wilted. I should have placed my order with Carithers florists in Marietta as they are always consistent, great quality and most importantly-great customer service. To say disappointed in Flower Craft is an understatement. read more
