I was intrigued so grabbed a couple of pics and did some research. Here's what I found. It is a public sports facility offering baseball fields and other recreational amenities like tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and shelters. The mention of "2006 Homeschool World Champions" refers to the Oklahoma City Broncos youth baseball team, which won the 7th Annual Homeschool World Series in 2006. Couldn't see a lot but I noticed a dog standing on the field. It's in one of the pics. It never moved. Then I noticed one in around 1st base and it never moved. Best I could find out is they are most likely decorative statues and could be of the mascot. You can see one in the photo.

Parking: On the south side of the park off NW Grand Blvd, before Huntington Ave. Facilities: No bathrooms. There are a few benches at various sections of the park and a 3-way water fountain, with the third fountain being close to the ground for your pet to get a drink. There are a few pedestrian bridges across the drainage ditch if you don't want to complete the entire trail and want to cross north or south. The park is separated by a drainage ditch that runs the length of the park. Specifics: This is a small, curvy walking and running path in the middle of NW Grand Blvd, across from homes in Nichols Hills, running north and south, in an almost crescent shape. The entire path is about 1.16 miles, on a concrete sidewalk through grass and trees. It's broken up in three sections by two roads that run in the middle of it, going east and west. The first section begins at Nichols Road and the concrete path is on the north side of the park until you get to Huntington Ave; where you cross a pedestrian bridge, then cross Huntington Ave, and the path continues on the south side of the park in the second section. It continues south on NW Grand Blvd until you come to the next street, Bedford Drive, and cross it to finish the third and last section of the park. You will see Nichols Hills United Methodist Church to the north east after Bedford Drive. Continue down until Sherwood Lane where the path and park end, close to apartment homes. The lifeguards and staff are balanced in their approach to patrons to make sure these priorities are at a forefront. Many, many fond memories were built with my family at this pool and still continue today. I'm proud to have this very place as our beloved neighborhood pool.
