We were offered reimbursement for the Lyft we had to take and a reimbursement for the childcare we had to extend due to the company not showing up. ORIGINAL POST: We booked their service in advance on September 23rd for a 6:30 PM pickup time on October 11th, and the company let us know that the driver would leave by 7:15 PM if we were not at the pickup spot. We arrived to the pickup spot at 6:15 PM, and waited... and waited... and waited... At 6:33 PM, we made our first call to the company inquiring about where the car was. The car was late, and we were put in touch with the driver at 6:35 PM. He said he was in traffic and would be late... we waited again... at 6:44 PM, we called again, claiming the driver is still late... we waited again... at 6:53 PM, we called again, still not at the pickup spot... at 6: 57 PM the driver texted a picture showing he was seven minutes away... so we waited... at 7:02 PM, the driver sent another screen shot, claiming another 7 minutes away. So at 7:03 PM, we called the company. THIS TIME, the company had the audacity to say the driver was already there and had left after not seeing us... but we had been waiting since 6:15 PM! Once 7:15 PM rolled around, we cancelled the service, and the company hung up on us. This company lies, and will not pick you up at the arranged time and place. Very disappointed--we will not use them again and advise anyone reading this to not use them either.

(no bueno bro.) Welcome Alex, at American Transport. I called at 8 PM, he answered the call on the third ring, and set up a 4:30 P.M. pickup time. Cost of the airport ride? $45 ... that is about right. 4:30 flips on my phone, then my phone starts ringing. "I am out front, come out when you are ready." Seriously? Seriously! Thank you for punctuality. That is very cool. I go out expecting a cab, oh no, this is a limo, not a stretch mind you but a limo none the less, tan and classy. Alex is very professional, there is a marked difference between someone who is just driving you around, and a businessman who is looking to make sure that he satisfies a client so that he can grow and keep business - Alex is a businessman. The drive itself, Alex asked if I was in a hurry, and I wasn't. The ride was sweet, the seats comfortable, even on the crummy construction road, I didn't notice the bumps. Alex noticed that I am a talker so we had a pleasant conversation as well. I will be using American Transport for future needs, and I recommended them to my coworkers. Overall the experience was surprising, and much appreciated.
