    I wish I had read these reviews before handing over 65$ for a fancy arrangement I saw online. Their "substitution" policy allows them to justify almost anything. Their customer service is a joke. "Freshest flowers available at the time of the order" was their excuse for limp, bruised roses. And their Victorian Teacup Arrangement advertised on the website was stunning but it came in a crappy 99cent store mug which looked nothing like the teacup & saucer that was advertised. They said since the mug was "bigger" it was an adequate substitution. This company is scamming people out of their money by advertising high-end arrangements and substituting low-end products

    This was horrible. I have pictured what I ordered versus what I got. The measurements that was said to send, was extremely off. It was tiny. Also, the basket was not the basket pictured. When I emailed customer service they said there is "nothing they can do." No refund and they didn't send a new one. Horrible. 0/5

    This is the flower arrangement that is supposed  to be a cute box with a beautiful bow all made of flowers. So different from the catalog.

    Do not use them. I ordered a cute flower arrangement that was supposed to be a box made of flowers with a bow . Instead I received a flower ball with a terrible netting on top. I was so embarrassed. It was for a friends birthday. When I contacted customer service they refused to say that it was an entirely different (and ugly) product. They said they would give me 25 % back because it wasn't the right size. When I wrote back.(I included the picture of the product and the product they sent) They said that it wasn't exactly the specs the florist tried, so they will offer 30%. What is so bad is that they are down playing the fact that it is nothing like the item except the purple flowers. They didn't offer to do ove, or a refund. Or offer to tack it back and issue a refund. Don't use this company.

    HORRIBLE customer service and what you receive is not at all what is advertised on their website. My mom purchased a fern (upgraded to deluxe size with same day shipping) that was supposed to come in a pot. What I received was a day late and looked like they had picked it up from Lowe's on the way in a black plastic hanger. When customer service was reached out to all they wanted to do was refund the 3.95 same day shipping. Pictures are posted below. Never again will this company be used. Such a joke and a total scam!

    This is what was advertised and what I paid for

    I purchased a floral arrangement for a friend who had just had a baby boy. The arrangement I selected was supposed to be delivered in a red wagon with the words "It's A Boy!". Instead the arrangement came in a baby box canister, which was NOT what I paid for and was expecting. I was not disappointed w/the delivery or the flowers. However, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the canister that this arrangement was delivered in. It's very misleading to have one thing advertised and have something totally different delivered. Although this may not be an actual "bait and switch", I feel this was extremely deceptive advertising. In addition, I was charged $20 for "handling", which was almost 2/3 of the original purchase price. I felt this was outrageous.

    It's almost impossible to determine which has been worse: the sad tiny flower arrangement that was meant to fulfill my order, or the terrible customer service involved. While I should have known better than to use a middle man like flowershopping.com (a mistake I will never make again), I never could have imagined that a company would be this irresponsible. I paid for a "premium" version of this basket; the 'deluxe' version (one upgrade beyond the picture shown) was promised on the website to be a "larger more full version," so I assumed the 'premium' version would be even larger and fuller. Instead, it was a sad, pathetic, miniature version of the specs and the picture. There was one small flower (Flaming Katies, none of the flowers mentioned or pictured -- which alone is not the problem - I always expect substitutions) and many green leaves that were actually brown and filled with holes (again, I understand a hole or two as a natural occurrence with plants, but I'd say that brownish holes was the overwhelming aesthetic theme of the arrangement I received). Customer service at flowershopping.com was unresponsive, unhelpful, and brazenly dishonest -- promising call backs and never responding, offering a 15% refund on a product that was not only unsatisfactory but also days late, and being generally irresponsible. They stood by their product, their "substitution policy" and their final decision -- it was the opposite of customer service. I was, and still am, completely embarrassed that the recipient thought I would think so little of her to send this product. The description of the product - shown on the left - was "This lovely basket with its blooming plants offers those you care about lasting kindness, consideration, and compassion" If I were writing a description for what I received (on the right), it would be "This sad little basket with dead greens and a scant suggestion of color really sends the message that you couldn't be bothered to find something nice. Oh, and if you pay 40% more for the upgrade, it'll be even worse." If it wasn't clear, I don't recommend, and flowershopping.com is lucky to get the 1 star (it was the lowest allowed).

    I sent three emails with NO luck!! DON'T ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL REPORT THIS TO CONSUMER FRAUD! PLEASE SEE EMAIL BELOW FROM THE FLOWER SHOP! Subject: 03784130 Dear Leatrice, We hope this email finds you well and thank you for allowing us some time to review the order. Previously you mentioned this arrangement should have consisted of blue flowers and black tissue paper. We wanted to clarify that this arrangement does not call for blue flowers or black tissue paper at all. The description for this product mentions shades hot pink, orange and purple flowers accented with green and pink curling ribbon in a purple gift wrapped clear cube with a green ribbon.  We recognize the arrangement delivered was not in a gift wrapped cube, did not have curling ribbon or orange flowers. While the decor is a focal point of the arrangement our florist managed to maintain the style by using a colored purple cube. Because the florist did not have any orange flowers, they substituted the arrangement with red flowers as that best compliments the hot pink and purple flowers.  Nevertheless, the focal point of the bouquet was missing by the decor not being used and we would like to offer a discount of 15% off of the product price. Please confirm and we will have this reimbursed back to your method of payment as soon as possible. I ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement again, and the quality and design were really nice. They do a great job putting together something that feels thoughtful and well-styled. There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.

Regardless, of what these shysters call themselves they are HORRIBLE! When my wife's anniversary flowers did NOT arrive at our home the requested DAY - that's day people, day - I contacted them via their contact page (currently the ONLY means of contacting them now they have removed the toll-free number and don't list their local number - which is 949 305-3247 - from the page) and got the attached voicemail message the next day. Two days go by with NO refund. I find their email address (customerservice@flowershopping.com) and forward the attached image to them. I FINALLY got a refund. So never mind that I had to deal with a disappointed wife on our anniversary. Never mind that I had to jump through hoops simply to get a refund for something that I purchased that never arrived. Never mind that their website keeps getting more and more and more locked down so that you can't contact them. Actually, no, there is no never mind. This is horrible service! Unacceptable.
