Cheers to the new year and cheers to this amazing florist! I'm so impressed with this small business it nabbed my first five-star review of 2025! I placed an online, same-day order with Cheers Floral Creations. I chose a peace lily for a grieving friend. Here's what impressed me...the recipient and I share the same first name. The florist reached out to confirm there was no typo. A quick phone call cleared up any confusion. I really appreciated her attention to detail - thank you! For about $100 (including delivery and tax), I was able to send my friend an evergreen, perennial houseplant to let her know I cared. My friend said she really appreciated the surprise delivery, so mission accomplished. The florist was also kind enough to text me a photo of the plant as it headed out for delivery. I have attached it. It was a pleasure doing business with Cheers Floral Creations. It was an extra bonus to be able to support a minority-owned company. Cheers and I highly recommend! read more

The person who took my call could not understand English well. She wrote the wrong name on the card. Didn't put the correct department or bed number on the card. I spent a long time repeating myself over and over again. I should've just used a different flower shop and trusted my gut. I would not recommend at least not for delivery to a hospital. I spent a long time calling the hospital and trying to rectify the matter. read more

I didn't plan on posting this, but I emailed Cheers directly and they never responded so I figured I would share this with others to hopefully save you some disappointment. Cheers generally does beautiful arrangements, however, I spent $140 expecting a beautiful and full bouquet and received a bare, lopsided, non-evenly distributed mess. The biggest mystery for me is the 2 random bamboo pieces stuck right there in the middle... This arrangement I received is not worth anywhere near $140 and that $140 was a pickup so it didn't even include delivery costs. I'm hoping this was just a fluke, but if you're looking for something beautiful and full, I'd go elsewhere. There are plenty of amazing florists in the area. read more

My second time of having good results from Cheers Floral. Ordered a cheery arrangement of primarily bright yellows with a yellow bow for my daughter. Called at 9:30 a.m. They sent me a confirmation picture that I was very pleased with. Delivered shortly there after. I will be using them again. I had an arrangement made for a memorial service this past weekend. I ordered it from out of state, over the phone. I had a price range in mind and let them know the occasion, and Cheers Floral took it from there. When we arrived to the church, the flowers had been delivered already and they were absolutely beautiful! I wish I would have remembered to get a picture! So for atleast a year now I've seen this florist off of Bake whenever I'm in the area and always wanted to check it out in case I needed a florist. Well yesterday I happened to be in the area and needed a flower arrangement at the last minute and checked yelp to verify this florist hours and to my surprise it stated that they were closing in 9 mins and I happened to 7 mins away. I called to inquire and see if I made it there that close to closing would they be able to accommodate me and the lady on the phone stated sure that she would and YES this was on a Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. I hurried over and arrived about 2:02 and it was still open. I explained how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted (yellow flowers; no carnations or baby's breath and primarily green adornments) and Paulina clearly understood the assignment; it was PERFECT! I had time to walk around the cute florist while I waited and check out all the other beautiful plants, flowers, jewelry and cute little items to make up the most interesting floral boutique which made up a perfect one stop shop for flowers and unique gifts. To say the least I was extremely pleased with the arrangement, she also informed me that they deliver. My sister-in-law who in the past has not always been a fan of flowers simply LOVED them! I will definitely be returning and look forward in the future to hopefully be able to call, order, pick up and feel confident that Cheers would get my style without being worried if the outcome meets my approval...it's been a long time since I've found a florist that has consistent creative unique floral styling! read more

Usually I leave one-star or five-star reviews. In this case I'm making an exception, but I maybe should have left one-star. I looked online to find a florist near a business associate's home bc her father passed away and I wanted to send flowers. Cheers said they could do it tomorrow, which was fine. I paid them and asked them to please text me a photo of the arrangement. It's now been over a month and -- no photo of the arrangement. I know it was received because I got a thank you from the associate. However, I have no idea the size or quality of what I paid for. Maybe they don't want me to know? I called every florist in the Tustin area this afternoon. Only the wonderful Shannon could deliver an elegant vase and flowers tomorrow to a dear friend. She also let me dictate a fairly long and involved card. Her ideas are lovely and I trust her completely. I know this will be an elegant cheerful surprise. A lovely distraction is good for everyone! I requested an expensive Valentine's Day flower arrangement to be sent to my cousin and it looked unprofessionally arranged and a mess. It had a handful of flowers and the rest was cheap looking stock flowers with a lot of leafy filler. Even the vase was a boring plain glass vase. I was really disappointed! read more

CHEAP flowers you can get at Trader Joe's or Ralph's. My god. I paid 185$ for a mediocre flower arrangement I could have done myself for less than half the price. The pictures they show on the website does not reflect what it actually looks like in real life. It's MUCH smaller! Will not be ordering from here again! They looked like they cheaped out on the flowers too. read more

I stopped by this flower shop after work to get flowers for a friend who was recently discharged from hospital. I told the florist that I wanted the tone to be white and muted yellow/green and the style to be simple and sophisticated. The bouquet was put together the exact way I wanted it to be. The florist's taste was so good that she wrapped it with kraft paper without me telling her to do so. She also kindly asked my budget first prior to assembling the flowers. I'm very satisfied with the quality of customer service, flower style and price. Will come back again for sure. read more

I recently Yelped this place before I left work with hopes in being able to get a customized bouquet for my boyfriend's mom. I've never gotten a custom bouquet and normally I'd imagine you'd have to call in advance for them to prepare it for you so I was a little nervous that they might refuse to do it. Luckily when I arrived I was greeted by a nice lady that was extremely helpful. She asked me what type of flowers I wanted in the arrangement and after discussing the price range I wanted, she showed me which vases I could select from. We picked the shorter vase they had available mainly because I thought it might not droop down as much. I was a little nervous getting the taller vase in my car for half an hour to my boyfriend's house without it toppling over so I'm happy with my choice in the end :) We opted for the liliums, roses, and a few other flowers that I have no idea what the names are lol. I basically entrusted her in picking everything else that would complement the lilium and roses. The point is....it turned out beautiful! I'm so happy that I chose to go to a mom and pop store instead of ordering them on ftd or 1800flowers which I think are a total ripoff. My boyfriend's mom ended up loving them and that in itself totally made it worth all the research I did finding the perfect place to buy flowers from @___@. It also made my weekend that the liliums ended up blooming right before I left Sunday. My mom also really liked the arrangement so I'll definitely be coming back for future occasions! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that their store has a huge assortment of items that you can check out while you wait for your flowers. I loved how many little things they have available for your purchase along with your flowers. The store itself has a very zen feeling if that makes sense haha and that's coming from someone that gets anxious easily and feels claustrophobic maybe 75% of the time I'm in a store I've never been to. I was able to find a cute little card (see picture) that went well with the bouquet and am sooooo so happy I chose this store despite the lack of reviews. Friday: I called at 4:50pm the Friday before Mother's Day to request a corsage for my mom with a pick up time of the next day *yikes* and they were able to do it!! The lady on the phone was extremely helpful in helping me choose my flowers and made very good recommendations. Will follow up this review once I actually pick up the item. Saturday: Okay, so I went in to pick up the corsage. The store was easy to locate within the mini mall and there was ample parking out front. The store itself is a good size considering it's a flower shop. It smelled wonderful of different flowers and they had very cute displays. The two ladies that were there were very busy helping people but were prompt and courteous when I walked in to help me out. The corsage they made for my mom was more beautiful than I could have imagined. It was perfect! The flowers looked fresh and dewy and was packaged neatly with a ribbon. Tried to exchange a broken ornament I received online today and she literally looked me up and down and said "we're not taking that back, you ordered online so WE didn't get your money". No initial hello, just instant rudeness. She didn't even bother to check if I ordered it from them or not. Will NEVER shop there again and it's solely because of her. Disgusting behavior by her.

A few months ago, after my husband and I tragically lost our son, he purchased a gold Saint Michael necklace for me from this store as a memorial gift. We also bought one for my father-in-law. Both necklaces tarnished, turning our skin green, even though we were reassured at the time of purchase that they would not. Because of the meaning behind this gift, I wanted to do the right thing and bring it back to see if the store could help. When I explained the situation calmly and respectfully, the blonde woman working there immediately became irritated. She told me she could only exchange for another one, or I pay more money to upgrade the chain -- one that was gold-filled instead of plated. I explained that we had already spent so much and could not afford to spend more, especially since we had been given incorrect information when we purchased it. I asked if a manager or owner might reconsider, given the situation. Instead of showing even the slightest compassion, she escalated. I called my husband- as he was the one that purchased it. She took the phone and he explained to her that when he was buying the necklace, someone told him it would not tarnish. They exchanged a sentence or two, she again immediately became even more agitated and rude and put my phone down saying she would not speak to him. Her tone became harsh, then aggressive. She began raising her voice, repeatedly cutting me off, and flatly telling me "that's the policy, we don't do refunds" with no willingness to even hear me out further. I tried to explain again that I wasn't asking for special treatment, only fairness, since we were misled. At that point, she started yelling at me, telling me she had already explained herself, and shockingly -- she threatened to call the police on me and kicked me out of the store. It was awful, odd, and honestly just the most bizarre experience I've ever had. Never in my life have I been treated with such hostility, especially when I remained calm, polite, and respectful the entire time. I even told her that I was pregnant again and that this situation was incredibly stressful for me, and she could not have cared less. Instead, she was threatening, dismissive, and completely devoid of compassion. For a store that sells religious items, this kind of treatment is appalling. This necklace was not just jewelry to me -- it was a memorial to my son. To be treated so coldly and aggressively while trying to resolve something so important was deeply painful and unforgettable in the worst way. I just bawled when I left - shocked and just honestly dumbfounded. This was the most unprofessional and cruel customer service experience I have ever encountered, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. I am only giving one star as leaving no stars is not even an option.

Then my daughter, said ok, she would just exchange it. Then the manager said she couldn't exchange it. She could just leave the store and threatened to call the police. My daughter explained she was pregnant again. The reason she came in the store originally was because of a bad experience and now she was pregnant and enduring a horrible experience at a religious store?? I will never shop at the store again. I will share with my church and my community to never shop at this store. Doesn't matter what your store policies are. The treatment of people speaks volumes. How they're associated with Christian faith I will never be convinced. Shame on you

Since my friends and I wanted to have the experience of picking blackberries as well, we each paid the extra $7.50. However, when we arrived at the farm, the staff member was very rude and told us there were no blackberries available for picking. Instead, they gave us two boxes to pick more strawberries instead of blackberries. My group felt very disappointed about what happened today, and we wonder why the farm would still offer blackberry picking in the online booking system and charge extra for it when they were not prepared to provide it. But that's okay -- my family will not be returning to this farm again.

It was a stroll for the curious. And sometimes I ended up buying a trinket. Like this one time, I bought an Alice in Wonderland coffee cup that became my daily coffee cup. And for those who are a daily coffee drinker they know one knows the contemplation and research that goes into picking the perfect cup. Science may one be able to explain why selecting a coffee cup is a matter of almost cosmic importance. When the coffee was done, the inside bottom- of my Alice in Wonderland cup- had this black and white optical illusion that suggested that the cup's bottom continued down an infinite hole, like the one the white rabbit fell through. Drinking the coffee to its last drop allowed me to see the optical illusion and briefly remember Alice's journey to Wonderland. And for a second remember that adventure is just down a hole that I may encounter sometime throughout the day, if not in the weekend. Eventually, the mug's handle broke in a shipping accident, and on that day the Cheshire Cat eyes teared up a little bit. I share the above anecdote to spotlight the type of product that can be purchased in these stores--- the type of items that are functional but mostly remind us to smile on the daily and daydreams of worlds where we can escape to and be wrapped in adventure. I for one need as many reminders to smile around me because I tend to remember the real world is full of pain and limits. The above was the broad value of BoxLunch. On this particular day, I went to BoxLunch to purchase a token of appreciation for my friend Conrad who is a StarWars fan, and May the 4th was near. The person who helped me first was named Faith. I introduced myself as Buffy. She said nice to meet you Buffy. I asked if she got the joke. She said no. I told her that the joke not landing was particularly harsh as I remember buyig a mock yearbook from a BoxLunch store, so if there was ever a time to meet a Faith was in BoxLunch sacred pop culture fertile ground. Faith and other employees were helpful and attentive. As I walked around, I took stock of all to see, until I found a shirt with baby Yoda that was cotton and cream. This was the shirt that I would get. And for myself I got a dress shirt with an Aladdin and Genie print. I could wear it to Disneyland but I think it is professional looking enough to wear it to some light cocktail party, and maybe it is tucked in, I can wear it to a professional setting. But that is a maybe. Fun and joyous prints and emblems have a time and place, and professional environments might not be the place. This place confirms what everyone knows already--- these stores are meant to be a romp of fun, where you buy items for the fun of it, and if one is lucky the object can be used in some functional way.

I picked up an online order in store and proceeded to browse the Funko Pop shelves. I found a Marvel Rivals Peni Parker and Justine kindly brought over a ladder to bring it down from the top shelf. She also recalled seeing a Psylocke previously too. She confirmed they had one in stock and she literally went through each shelf until she found it for me. No one has ever helped me look that throughly for a Funko Pop before. I was and am completely impressed and grateful. Thank you Justine! Christian was awesome at checkout. He helped me redeem a 25% coupon and informed me of future sales and coupons as well. Overall very impressed and happy with this experience. Left the store with a smile on my face.
