They were so incredibly thoughtful in helping me get delivery gifts for the holidays. I called right before the delivery person was set to pick up orders. They helped me get my order in under the wire so that it would be guaranteed delivered in time. They could easily have said that it was too late. They were also great about helping me pick options within the budget I'd set, including the cost of delivery. While at work on a Saturday I realized I forgot to order a corsage for my husband to give our daughter for her father daughter dance. In a pinch I had a co-worker call several flower shops to see if they were 1. Open late on a Saturday and 2. Available to make a quick corsage. She spoke to a very friendly woman on the phone and she relayed the message to me that they would in fact be able to. I gave very little direction with the way I wanted it to look. I believe I said "something a 7 year old girl would like". So pink or purple and some sort of sparkle. They gave her a time of 5:40 pm for pick up, and she then told me. Only problem the dance started at 6. Rushing to get there from work I called in hopes it would be done early, and it was!!!!! When I ran in the shop I was greeted by a very friendly woman, sorry I forget her name, and she in fact had my corsage ready. She showed it to me immediately to confirm I was pleased. It was beyond perfect for her dance. I was very impressed with how accommodating Flowerama was in such a pinch. I mean literally in hours they made it work for me! Two weeks ago I was shopping for white roses. I called the flower shop in Solon where I have been doing business for 18 years and they had none. They offered red roses only at over $125 for 25. I called around and found Flowerama. I was greeted on the phone by a young lady who was super helpful wrote up the whole order, and said my flowers will be ready by time I got there. The white roses were beautiful, and only $54. I have been buying flowers for 18 years at the flower shop in Solon and spending over $100 for two dozen roses every time. The people at Flowerama were so nice and so friendly I will never go back to the store in Solon which is five minutes from my house. I will drive to 20 minutes to get courteous service and beautiful flowers at a great price. Also, the flowers lasted two weeks. They never last that long when I buy them in Solon...I will now be using Flowerama for personal and business for now on. The owner asked me what the flowers were for and I told her they were for a very very special occasion. She offered some very kind words. I needed to pick up flowers for my mom who just had surgery this morning. I brought in my own vase in an effort to save a few dollars. I was immediately greeted by a very nice woman and handed her my vase asking her to fill it up with beautiful flowers and create an arrangement. She set the vase down and went in search of some specific flowers I had requested. After a few moments she invited me back into the refrigerated room and offered me up some pre-made arrangements and offered to place the specific flowers into those arrangements. I ended up buying a premade arrangement but I have a feeling that neither of the women there were floral designers. I think bringing in my own vase and asking them to create an arrangement was problematic so that's why she began pushing the premade arrangement on me. While I had hoped to save a few dollars I still ended up with a beautiful arrangement to give to my mom at a very reasonable price. read more

I ordered a standing spray a month in advance for a funeral and paid on-line. The arrangement was never delivered. I called the next day and though they received the on-line order it was never filled. After 2 telephone calls they said they called me to let me know but I never received a call and they had no record of the number they called or when they allegedly called me. Terrible! This was a funeral and I cannot reclaim this moment ever again! Im totally disgusted with them! read more
