She took care of everything for me mid afternoon on Monday and hand delivered out of her usual delivery area first thing Tuesday morning. I cannot recommend San Marcos Flower Company. We spoke with them at length to arrange for a…read moredelivery to celebrate the birthday of my wife's elderly mother. We stressed that the delivery needed to be in the morning, and the company said that would be no problem. We spent the morning at her house waiting for the delivery. Finally, well after noon, we tried to call to determine the status. No one at the business answered the phone, and there was no way to leave a message or request a call back. We tried three times, no response. We returned home a few hours later and called again - this time someone did answer. When we asked what happened to the delivery, we were told, 'well, there was a funeral. We'll deliver them some time later today.' To which we replied, 'No, you won't....we are canceling the order.' I can't recommend doing business with anyone who does not perform the service they agree to perform, does not let you know they won't fulfill the agreement, and is not professional enough to even own an answering machine. Their lack of basic business courtesy left us frustrated, and kept an elderly lady from receiving flowers for her special day. Spend your money elsewhere.
