I have purchased hydrangea flowers specifically from this store and they wilted right after. A friend bought some for me over the weekend and the same thing happened! Two and one died the next day. These were straight from the store to my house less than 5 mins. I called on Monday to let the store know and was told they would drop a new one off after she took my info. They never called and never dropped the flowers off. This is very poor customer service on their part. I would not personally purchase flowers from here. I have better experiences with quality and cost at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. read more

I had the best experience with Mary today. I called and explained that I needed a flower arrangement for a dear friend on the anniversary of her twin daughter's passing. She was very kind, compassionate and helpful. I called at 10 am and the flowers were delivered by 12:30 pm. The arrangement was beautiful. I wanted to support a local business, so I found Flowers & More through Google Maps in searching for local florists near the delivery address. I called Nery and she was so wonderful in helping me select perfect arrangement. I told her what I had in mind and what she created exceeded my expectations. I also wanted a picture of the arrangement, as and knew that my 84 year old friend that I was sending the flowers to would not be able to take a picture once they were delivered. Nery sent me a picture prior to delivery and the flowers were just beautiful! She went above and beyond to make sure that the recipient received the flowers (as due to COVID - there is no contact). I received a call as soon as the flowers were delivered, and in the words of my friend, "they were the most magnificent flowers she had ever received". I used them them last weekend for my dad's 80th birthday, beautiful flowers and great delivery (hence the one star because they earned it.) I live in Massachusetts, but my mom lives in Florida. I ordered flowers for mother's day, I placed the order on Thursday, May 5th, to be delivered today, Sunday, May 8th. I ordered online and it gave me the option to choose Sunday delivery. Turns out they are closed Sunday's so the flowers were never delivered. Super awful and misleading service. I am not sure why I was able to order for Sunday delivery if they were closed, and I am not sure why I was sent a confirmation email that included the delivery date being today. I am not happy, and I will not be using them again. read more

Fantastic place and people! Very friendly and knowledgeable and put me completely at ease. Absolutely beautiful, colorful arrangement was delivered, reasonable prices and exceptional customer service. They even suggested chocolates and didn't let me forget about the card. I called later in the afternoon and described what I needed from across the country for family that lives in Florida for next day delivery.
