I had a super positive experience dealing with the team at Sunflorist! Two weeks before Mother's Day, all of the major online flower delivery services were booked up, and were no longer delivering in the SCV on the actual day of Mother's day (only the day before or after). No longer living in SoCal, I started looking at individual flower shops local to my family. It was very hard to find any with availability, but I finally found Sunflorist (and I'm glad I did!). They were super communicative and gave me piece of of mind by keeping me looped into any updates regarding the order. They also went above and beyond to make sure my Mother's Day flower delivery arrived within my designated timeframe! Although they were cautious initially about promising a set delivery time (which I totally understand - they didn't want to overpromise and underdeliver on the busiest/craziest day of flower deliveries of the year), they emailed me as soon as the flowers were on my mom's doorsteps, and even left further instructions! Mind you, this was at 7:30 in the morning - so they really went out of their way to keep me looped in in the midst of what I'm sure what a crazy busy morning! Incredible flower shop very helpful staff as far as choosing the right flower for the right ocasión to convey the right message...prices are right and good selection no matter the season...one experience I would like to share was when I ordered a lay for my sisters graduation...they close at 7:00 I called them to let them know that I was not gonna make it in time...crystal, amazing person btw, told me she would wait for me since I had already paid for the ley I arrived at 7:20 and she was there waiting for me to give me my ley...I owe her at least dinner...the look on my sisters face when I put that beautiful ley around her neck was priceless...I will never forget that...THANK YOU SO MUCH CRYSTAL...ur boss is lucky to have an employee like you...to finish off I would like to add that flowers convey what you don't have the gusto to say, it's nice to know that I have a flower shop I can count on read more

Yesterday I purchased two fresh orchid leis (online) for my twin sister's high school graduation. I wanted them to be delivered next Tuesday, which is a day before they graduate. They were delivered today, yes SUPER QUICK, but was a little worried about how the flowers would look by next week. So I gave them a call with my concern and they will be sending me two fresh orchid leis again on Tuesday! I really do appreciate this type of customer service! I tried to order a home sympathy arrangement from Robert Florist in Palmdale. The first time I called I had to leave a message. An hour after I left a message I called again because no one called me back. The second time I called, someone answered and then put me on hold. When they came back on the line, the florist told me they hoped that I didn't need anything to specific because they had very limited options. Frustrated, I said I would contact another florist. I reached out to Sunflorist and a gentleman by the name of Allan worked with me. He could tell I was frustrated and immediately told me to take my time and that he was happy to help me find the perfect arrangement. Allan was kind, patient and extremely helpful. We just had a wonderful wedding for our son and new daughter in law! Sunflorist was the BEST! I went in to get ideas and SHARON was amazing. She was helpful with all my general questions and then sat down with the bride and myself to plan the flowers. The flowers were j beautiful AND FRESH! They were colorful and gorgeous with JUST the right accent of ribbons to compliment the color scheme. Once more, the flowers looked just as good at the end of the evening as they did when they were picked up that day. They still look wonderful today...in vases...the day AFTER the wedding. Last Saturday at 5:00 pm, I contacted Sunflorist to see if they could possibly deliver an arrangement to a family member. I found their listing on the internet, and most florists were already closed for the day. They answered and said "no problem", and I was so relieved! Within an hour, they had delivered a gorgeous arrangement of perfect sunflowers! My recipient was absolutely impressed with the flower arrangement.
