I understand florals aren't an exact science and substitutions happen, but this wasn't a substitution, it was a completely different caliber of arrangement. If you're charging $125, the product should reflect that price point. Mine did not. I would have appreciated a heads-up that the flowers in the inspiration photo weren't available, so I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I got the ole bait and switch. Unbelievably disappointing experience. I won't ever order from here again.
