I live out of town and have always ordered Mother's Day flowers here for my family but this year I had the worst customer service experience with Monica who treated me like absolute s*it because I asked a simple question. They absolutely forgot to give my stepdad an entire dozen roses that should've been in the pickup order. She didn't understand me over the phone, but I don't know why--it was simple: an order of flowers is missing. Instead of asking me to clarify like a normal person she huffed and puffed and gave attitude and raised her voice. On top of that, she kept repeating "that order doesn't exist" because their third-party online system gives them a different order number than their internal...sounds like a shop inefficiency and an awful employee problem. Learn to treat your customers with even an ounce of respect. I will never order from here again. read more

Highly disappointed in their services. Called and was told the flowers were already delivered. Called the delivery location only to be told, no flowers had been delivered. Called them back and was told they would be delivered within 30 minutes. Well by that time, the recepient would be getting off work in 15 minutes. Was charged $24.99 for this delivery that may barely make it there in time or not at all. Definately do not recommend and will not be using their business again.
