We had previously ordered funeral wreaths from Fletchers and recently ordered again. Fletchers' wreaths come in one size, 36" in diameter, a pretty good size, and the wreath is full with flowers and fillers. Their selections are easy to choose from. There is only one price which includes delivery. They don't charge you until the day before they are scheduled for delivery. They have free parking in the back. read more

Flowers by Fletcher creates the most Amazing and Fresh funeral floral arrangements I have ever seen. And although this was a very sad time in my life for me I knew I could count on Fletcher to create a unique and Beautiful arrangement to say goodbye to my Dad. I suggest going early and planning ahead because he is usually very busy and you want to make sure your flowers can be delivered on the day of. His prices are fair and competitive with other florist but what makes his arrangements stand out is the utmost care he takes to make the floral arrangement perfect and full. Excellent customer service, they will email you a ZIP file of ALL their floral designs for your funeral service. They deliver for a small fee. Wonderful company with a small staff, but so well run! Lots of care and Aloha when we used them in 2019 for my stepdad's service and now in 2023 for my darling Mom's memorial service. The store is very small with adequate free parking on the makai side of their building. They also have photo albums of their floral designs and you can see the various colored ribbon banners for the funeral wreaths and decide on wording. read more

Choices were provided by the mortuary for us to choose from. We called Flowers By Fletcher to put our order in. They were very helpful. Even changing the white orchids originally part of the wreath to the purple orchids to match the baskets we ordered. Our order was delivered early in the morning before our service. Everything was beautiful and fresh. Flowers in the wreath were even individually put in water tubes. Would highly recommend. read more

We ordered a flower wreath from Fletcher for our uncle's funeral service. First off, Fletcher Inafuku is such a friendly and personable guy. He provided us with a portfolio with numerous designs to choose from. The designs are all so beautiful, but seeing them up close in person; you can't help but just admire the work they do. Their prices are so reasonable compared to other florists, especially for the work that they do. Our wreath was delivered and set up before we arrived. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Flowers by Fletcher really made our uncle's celebration a beautiful experience. I recommend Fletcher for any of your flower arrangement needs. Mahalo nui loa Fletcher for providing us this gorgeous funeral arrangement for my Dad's friend. I called and Fletcher answered all my questions and responded to my email really quick. He is very patient and understanding. I ordered the arrangement 1 week and I was very impressed that I was able to order over the phone, see pictures of his work online and pay over the phone. Amazing flower arrangement! Our family has ordered flowers here for many years and have never been disappointed. I called from the mainland to order flowers from me and my brother and cousins for my Aunt's funeral (turns out there were other arrangements for her service as well!). Simple but stunning arrangement of anthuriums, white orchids and greenery. Soooooooo beautiful! Looked exactly like the picture here on Yelp. It looked huge in my family's photos. I've passed by the shop many times, but due to unfortunate circumstances, I needed to call and place an order for large bouquets. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help with this order, since I contacted them the day before the funeral. They were very patient with me over phone while I tried to figure out best times for pick up. They offered delivery but it was convenient for me to pick up. Usually they receive their flowers to arrange in the morning at a certain time; however, they made time to pick up flowers themselves, in order to fulfill my requested time for pick up. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I wish I had a better photo of the flowers, but they were beautiful in person. read more

Stop looking for another florist, you found Fletcher. That's all you need. Hard to get in contact with unless you go there and see them in action during their open hours. My sister in law recommended this place for my Mom's funeral and Fletcher did not disappoint. Especially during an emotional time and being from the mainland, I was worried about finding someone that could take a last minute order. I was able to place an order for 3 arrangements on Sunday, it was delivered at the memorial by 10 am Wednesday morning. The arrangements were so gorgeous and full. It helped beautify my Mom's service. I went to swap meet early Sunday and stopped by here afterwards. It's hard to find parking but is well worth it. 5 stars all the way!!!! read more

My father brought a huge corporate account to Cindys, which they made A LOT of money from. He had a personal relationship with the owners, which kept us loyal for decades. After my father passed, the company cut tie with Cindy's. I was devastated and didn't understand why. Cindy's always gave us the best service. Recently I found out why relations were cut. Cindy's has really changed and no longer provides the great customer service they once did. I placed a very important order for an event on the mainland to be shipped out and arrive a day before the event. I placed the order over a month in advance and was promised it would be just fine and well taken care of. Well, when the week of the event came, I called every day, multiple times a day, just to confirm everything. They won't answer their phones. I sent emails and messages through their website. Those also went unanswered. I even went to the store in person before work at 6am, nut it wasn't open yet. I had no way of getting in touch with them and wondered if they had shut down. I had to go on the faith that they have always provided us stellar service in the past. I was so wrong. Cindy's completely forgot to send my order at all, and left me without anything, the day before the event. The amount of stress I went through trying to find a florist on the mainland to provide lei was insane. Cindy's finally answered my many messages the day before. They said they could try to overnight my order that they forgot, but there were no promises it would get there on time, since the event was on a Saturday. I still have not been sent a receipt from them, which I asked for multiple times, or confirmation of the mailing. The lei did go, and my credit card got a huge charge, but without the receipt, I don't even know what I paid them for. And really, after all they put us through, they should have comped the order. My dad would be rolling in his grave to know how far downhill the company that he loved to support has gone. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do truly hope they can get it together and grow back into the great company they once were.

Up until now, they've always done a great job, but this recent experience for Mother's Day was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery driver brought the wrong bouquet. I paid $209.41 (including delivery), but my mom received a bouquet that was clearly not what I ordered later confirmed to be a lower priced arrangement. I had to call customer service, who then contacted the driver immediately. While I appreciate that they responded quickly, it still took about 47 minutes for the driver to return, take back the incorrect bouquet, and retrieve the correct one from the truck. When the correct arrangement finally arrived, the presentation was still off. The vase was too short for the flowers, making the bouquet look unbalanced and like it was falling out. For over $200, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. On top of that, the company advertised "free delivery," but that only applied to very limited areas on the island. I still had to pay a delivery fee despite the initial mistake being entirely on their end, which felt misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before, but this one really missed the mark.

On about April 6th or 7th I ordered 2 wreaths for a funeral on April 21st, 2026, at Hawaiian Memorial, Kaneohe. After I put the order in, I didn't think about the flowers until I got to the funeral parlor and walked in the room. The wreaths were beautifully done and worth the cost. 1 wreath was a huge heart and the other was a cross. I received many compliments and inquiries. Flowers by Fletchers does excellent work. I try to visit here at least once a week to pick up roses/florals for my 2 vases, this help me think of a special person in my life who Loves floral. This place is such a happy vibe place/feeling, once you enter you will know what I mean. I just love the decor, so colorful, cheerful, so happy! I remember the very first time when I brought my mom here, I could see her happy face, I had to snap a photo of her at front of store. My recent visit I picked 10 colorful roses for my vase and also had to pick up a Birthday gift. Loved looking at all the orchids, picking one was hard. Up until now, they've always done a great job, but this recent experience for Mother's Day was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery driver brought the wrong bouquet. I paid $209.41 (including delivery), but my mom received a bouquet that was clearly not what I ordered later confirmed to be a lower priced arrangement. I had to call customer service, who then contacted the driver immediately. While I appreciate that they responded quickly, it still took about 47 minutes for the driver to return, take back the incorrect bouquet, and retrieve the correct one from the truck. When the correct arrangement finally arrived, the presentation was still off. The vase was too short for the flowers, making the bouquet look unbalanced and like it was falling out. For over $200, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. On top of that, the company advertised "free delivery," but that only applied to very limited areas on the island. I still had to pay a delivery fee despite the initial mistake being entirely on their end, which felt misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before, but this one really missed the mark.
