It was a last minute decision to purchase a funeral wreath the first Saturday in December, for a December 20th memorial being held at Valley of the Temple in Kaneohe, Oahu. Knowing florists would be busy because of winter events like prom, dance recitals and of course funerals, my chances of getting one was almost helpless. The last florist and my last hope, I walked into Flowers by Carol in Aiea she was booked, but she was kind enough to reach out to another florist who might be able to help me, Flowers by Fletcher. She took my number, told me she'd contact him and that it may take a day or two for him to contact me, as he may also be busy. (Thank you Flowers by Carol for helping me out and the recommendation!) About an hour later, I got a call from Fletcher and he said he could take my order and have it delivered to the memorial service. What a lifesaver!!! He requested my email address and sent me pictures and prices. I was able to make contact with Fletcher to place my order and provide payment. The day came and he did an amazing job! My family and I couldn't be more pleased to have a beautiful flower arrangement at our aunt's memorial. Fletchers' wreaths come in one size, 36" in diameter, a pretty good size, and the wreath is full with flowers and fillers. Their selections are easy to choose from. Excellent customer service, they will email you a ZIP file of ALL their floral designs for your funeral service. They deliver for a small fee. Wonderful company with a small staff, but so well run! Lots of care and Aloha when we used them in 2019 for my stepdad's service and now in 2023 for my darling Mom's memorial service. The store is very small with adequate free parking on the makai side of their building. They also have photo albums of their floral designs and you can see the various colored ribbon banners for the funeral wreaths and decide on wording. read more

Choices were provided by the mortuary for us to choose from. We called Flowers By Fletcher to put our order in. They were very helpful. Even changing the white orchids originally part of the wreath to the purple orchids to match the baskets we ordered. Our order was delivered early in the morning before our service. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help with this order, since I contacted them the day before the funeral.
