The line on Saturday morning, UH Commencement Day.
    Rochelle M.

I wanted to buy a Haku Lei and fragrant tuberose lei for my daughter's graduation from UH Manoa. Le Flowers was highly recommended by a friend. When we arrived Commencement morning, it quickly became obvious that a lot of people love this place. It was BUSY with people like me picking up flowers for graduates. Parking in the back was full so my daughter dropped me off and I got in the long line that wrapped around the sidewalk. There were a lot of workers in this little shop! All were so sweet as they took the time to help with selections or in making decisions. Further in the shop, I could see women continuing to make more leis to meet the day's high demand. Our chosen Haku Lei was perfectly structured with lovely orchids, mini roses, poms, baby's breath and fern. My daughter loved it and received so many compliments. The tuberose lei was so, so fragrant and beautiful. The fragrance continued as it hung in our hotel for days, reminding us of the wonderful celebration at UH Manoa.

Le Flowers is the best place for all things floral , and don't let this tiny shop pass you by. Located on South King St just after Mō'ili'ili Community Center it shares a decent parking lot with Kinko's and Siam Imports. The first thing you see are buckets lined around the table filled with various flowers including some Protea they had today which I love instead of refrigerated ones as they wilt as soon as I bring them home or to a warmer climate area, and I had already purchased some earlier and wished I knew they had some as they were absolutely beautiful! My mission was to find a cigar lei, since it was for a man the requestor thought it would be a great choice being it's lasting and durable it's so beautiful with it's bright orange gradient to yellow that resembles a flame is a gender neutral wonder though they had not just one but two types one one plain the other was strung with alternating ti leaves and Kukui Nut with shells was a no brainer winner. Though you can find flowers and leis practically anywhere here but when you're looking for something specific and need a florist many are closed quite early as I have found out and Le Flowers's location and convenient parking is here for you until 6:30pm (yeah!) we all have ideas/requests at the last minute and this place have certainly save my sanity to drive around for the search...thank you!! "The beautiful floral colors in these leis gives the absolute perfect hugs." Aloha!

    Pickin' up some flowers..........

Anybody needs flowers???? Let Bruddah Fran give you folks a tip of this really cool flower shop in the Moiliili neighborhood. "Le Flowers" is a great flower shop to go to get all your flower needs, whether it be for a wedding, funeral, graduations, or "just because" for that special one in your life. I came here recently to pick up some flowers for a friend, and being that I'm not a "flower type of guy", I wasn't sure on how to go about on what I needed. Luckily when I showed up, a very helpful clerk asked me what kinda flowers I needed, and I in turned explained to her on what occasion the flowers were for. In no time did she whip up something quick for me, and I must say it came out beautifully. So helpful, and I must say service does go a long ways now-a-dayz! Parking here is plentiful, as there is a large private parking lot in the back of the flower shop that is shared by other businesses like - FedEx/Kinkos, & Kuni Dry Goods. Finding parking here was not an issue. Should you need flowers, and don't want to deal with parking like in Chinatown, give Le Flowers a try, as the prices were very reasonable, and access to the shop was so easy.

Free, private parking in lot behind the shop. Great location on King Street. Not too many flower shops in town anymore. (downtown/Chinatown has several, but parking is really challenging.) Lots of lei and cut flowers to choose from. Cut flowers are wrapped up nicely for transport. Cash & Credit card accepted.

Convenient location. Our go to place for le'is and hakus. Reasonable prices. Friendly workers.

Le Flowers is my go-to for beautiful lei in such a convenient location. They are always so nice and patient and help me select the perfect lei for the occasion. Their selection is incredible. They have so many different beautiful and fresh lei. I love Le Flowers.

Stopped by to pick up flower for my mother in laws gravesite for tomorrow. It's her anniversary I wish I have met her but I got married when she already passed. On a happier note this place is my go to for flowers and also leis. If you don't have time to go to Chinatown this is another option . Customer service always friendly and lots of variety to choose from . They have mums, anthuriums, haleconia and torch gingers. The prices have gone up a little from before but not to drastic. Lots of parking available in the back and social distancing practice here. Support local

Ask the Community - Le Flowers

Do you guys have common daisy?

Have not seen common daisy there. Usually, lots of lei and tropical flowers.

Does anyone know if they take pre-orders for graduation leis?

    Yes, they do.

Does this business answer their phone during business hours (keep reaching answering machine that doesn't accept messages)?

Been trying to call them also and never get an answer either.

I'm looking for a maile lei with tuberose to take to the mainland 5/30?

Call them or drop in to ask. I don't usually see maile in the case but I imagine they could do it on order.

Does anyone know if Le Flowers do online orders?

I don't think they do. They're kind of old school.

What's the cost for the Hawaiian tropical flowers in the bucket?

All are different prices but I've purchased 2 bunches and the mixed flowers were $8 and the protea and pincushion bunch was $10. I believe the anthuriums are less but I am not sure.

    Do you make deliveries?

    No, they do not.

Do they sell Haku's or do we need to order in advance?

I've seen haku in the case, but very rarely. You're safer pre-ordering.

How much does it cost for a dozen of roses?

$35 when I inquired off season.

Thank you, Twinsie "Auntie" Nadine C., for showing me love and introducing me to tuberose. I am a HUGE fan of tuberose now! I was thoughtfully blessed with some leis here and wow do I feel loved! Gorgeous, fragrant, and they lasted the whole trip with a light spritz of water in a bag and popped into the refrigerator. I even got to check the place out while we were leaving Chinatown. It's a cozy shop and you can tell they are very much well loved. What else can be said? Come here and get all your leis here. Nothing like getting lei'd by Cindy. This place is a daffodil-ight!

My father brought a huge corporate account to Cindys, which they made A LOT of money from. He had a personal relationship with the owners, which kept us loyal for decades. After my father passed, the company cut tie with Cindy's. I was devastated and didn't understand why. Cindy's always gave us the best service. Recently I found out why relations were cut. Cindy's has really changed and no longer provides the great customer service they once did. I placed a very important order for an event on the mainland to be shipped out and arrive a day before the event. I placed the order over a month in advance and was promised it would be just fine and well taken care of. Well, when the week of the event came, I called every day, multiple times a day, just to confirm everything. They won't answer their phones. I sent emails and messages through their website. Those also went unanswered. I even went to the store in person before work at 6am, nut it wasn't open yet. I had no way of getting in touch with them and wondered if they had shut down. I had to go on the faith that they have always provided us stellar service in the past. I was so wrong. Cindy's completely forgot to send my order at all, and left me without anything, the day before the event. The amount of stress I went through trying to find a florist on the mainland to provide lei was insane. Cindy's finally answered my many messages the day before. They said they could try to overnight my order that they forgot, but there were no promises it would get there on time, since the event was on a Saturday. I still have not been sent a receipt from them, which I asked for multiple times, or confirmation of the mailing. The lei did go, and my credit card got a huge charge, but without the receipt, I don't even know what I paid them for. And really, after all they put us through, they should have comped the order. My dad would be rolling in his grave to know how far downhill the company that he loved to support has gone. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do truly hope they can get it together and grow back into the great company they once were.

Up until now, they've always done a great job, but this recent experience for Mother's Day was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery driver brought the wrong bouquet. I paid $209.41 (including delivery), but my mom received a bouquet that was clearly not what I ordered later confirmed to be a lower priced arrangement. I had to call customer service, who then contacted the driver immediately. While I appreciate that they responded quickly, it still took about 47 minutes for the driver to return, take back the incorrect bouquet, and retrieve the correct one from the truck. When the correct arrangement finally arrived, the presentation was still off. The vase was too short for the flowers, making the bouquet look unbalanced and like it was falling out. For over $200, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. On top of that, the company advertised "free delivery," but that only applied to very limited areas on the island. I still had to pay a delivery fee despite the initial mistake being entirely on their end, which felt misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before, but this one really missed the mark.
