I was just expecting the flowers and nothing special but the amazing young lady went on to build an absolute masterpiece of a bouquet. It was like nothing I'd ever seen. She took time putting it all together, from the babies breath to the plastic wrapper. She trimmed the wrapped into this amazing design. It was the most beautiful bouquet I had ever seen. We live out of the area and have used Lupita's several times now for deliveries in Modesto. They never disappoint! Every time one of our grandchildren is born, we call them right away. The customer service is excellent! Friendly and extremely helpful staff listen to your request/occasion/ideas, will text you pictures of the flowers they have in stock, help you select flowers that would go well together (just trust them--they know what they're doing), and then send you a photo of the finiushed arrangement before delivery. I am absolutely shocked and overjoyed at the amazing service and gorgeous product I got from Lupita's. I called on Monday night, about 30 mins before they were closing (sorry Lupita's!) in need of an urgent floral arrangement delivery for a funeral the next morning. The gal who answered the phone made the whole process so easy and didn't bat an eye at the fact that the request was last minute (which can be obnoxious for any business). She was so sensitive about the circumstances I conveyed to her. She even texted me examples of arrangements she reccomended while we were on the phone. The next morning, they delivered EXACTLY when I needed them to and their considerate delivery man even called me to let me know he'd just delivered the arrangement. Since he had to leave it at the front door, he told me to remind the recipient to check there, in case they might typically enter their home through their garage door, and he took special care to leave the flowers in the shade. The service alone was enough to warrant a 5 star review, but when the recipient sent me a photo of the gorgeous arrangement, I was deeply touched. Look no further for your floral needs in the Central Valley. Lupita's is where I'll be buying all of my flowers in this area, and I'm super excited for the next order I make. read more

My response was why do you have the pictures with prices on them if you aren't going to charge that. And she said it was because it was Valentine's and prices go up. I said these flowers are for a funeral on 2/6 way before that how can u charge Valentine's prices. Secondly they are sprays so you know they are funerals and thirdly the flowers you buy now won't last until Valentine's so it's a bunch of BS. proceeded with our order. Flowers were just as we expected and on time. Only reason they get 3 stars is for the jacking up in prices taking advantage of people for a stupid holiday. read more

Don't let the location fool you, this is the best flower shop in Modesto bar none. I love it!!! Their arrangements are reasonably priced and GORGEOUS. We needed an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to a nearby hospital, and must have looked at 20 other shops online, but couldn't find any that were open or that would deliver on a Sunday. Boy did we luck out when we called Lupita's! Alondra was so incredibly helpful and sweet--she sent us photos of the arrangements that were available, and then designed an arrangement that was similar to one that we liked but that better suited the occasion. They even sent us a photo of the completed arrangement so we could see it before it was delivered. I looked at many flower shops online for a friend who had passed. I came across lupitas flower shop and loved the flowers posted on fb. I sent a msg. To them on a flower arrangements for the price. They quoted me at 65. The next day I went to the shop and told them I wanted to place an order and showed them the exact flower arrangement and they quoted me at 100. I showed them the msg and of them giving me a different price and they said there was nothing they could do about the price. I asked to speak to a manager and they agreed to do the 65 but to use half carnation flowers instead of all Rose's. I specifically told them I wanted a black box as the picture and they agreed. Today when I picked up my flower arrangement it did not look like the one I had ordered. They used a wood crate looking box and the flower looked like they were done in a rush. The top of the flowers look like they cut a Bush from the garden and placed the stem with leaf's on it. Very unprofessional. I feel like they didnt put the dedication or time on it because of the price adjustment. I will not go there again. read more
