I went on Yelp and found Crossroads Florist and had no idea it was right down the road from my house. It is a cute small shop located in the Sheraton Crossroads hotel up on the second floor. The man who helped me (I think he was the owner) was so nice and made me a beautiful bouquet for just $20. Had it not been for Yelp, I would not have even know this place existed and I would probably be in the doghouse with my fiancé or spent money on some subpar supermarket flowers. As of noon (which is NOT early morning) the flowers had not been delivered. After leaving an unhappy message on their voicemail, and sending an email directly to Petals & Stems regarding the delivery, AND agreeing to a $12.95 delivery charge for a maximum 3 mile delivery, the floral arrangement was delivered at 12:15 pm. Total spent ..... $79.05. This is not customer service! Note, Lenny, I will continue to order flowers locally in the future as I have a large family, but DEFINITELY NOT your company.
