Placed an online order on 7/9 for a delivery on 7/13. Flowers were not delivered on 7/13. I tried…read morecalling 4 different times before they closed for the day on 7/13 and there was no answer, only a voice mailbox that was for a forwarded number. If this isn't fixed by 7/14, I will be working with my card issuer to dispute the charge. I called again on 7/14 and spoke with the owner. He apologized and offered to refund. As of 7/22, no refund had been posted to my account. Called and left 3 voicemails, each asking for a return call to be made. On 7/23, the calls were not returned. I am now working with the card issuer to handle this. Avoid this business AT ALL COST!
