    I tried to send flowers in March from the Linden Floral website, I was called by Jennifer a couple…read moredays after placing my order to inform me that there was an error by Telefloral (who handles her website) and that she'd have to charge a lot more for delivery, instead of giving excellent customer service or handling the issue/error with Telefloral, Jennifer decided it was better to just lose my business all together. Which was fine because I found better customer service and price elsewhere. It's now May and I haven't received my refund, I called last week and when Jennifer returned my call she had a very not-my-problem attitude about it and said multiple times in the conversation that it was Telefloral who my refund would come from, then after I asked a couple questions about who I should call she stated that it was just a quick call for her to make, and she'd call Monday. It's now Wednesday and she just called and again had a very confrontational, not-my-problem attitude in telling me that the refund should have processed back in March. Very defensive when simply asked if Telefloral says that I should have my money back and if I should call them or my bank. Then she acted like I should have known that Telefloral was who to talk to. I told her when I placed the online order I had no idea Telefloral even existed. She very rudely said that it's on her website header. Well I just went back to her site and the only place I see that is in a small corner on the bottom and I never would have thought to call them and not the flower shop to inquire about a refund. Overall just a bad and rude experience and I'm just out that money that I should have had refunded by now. Expensive lesson learned.

Wrong! A big, gorgeous white, red, and pink bouquet arrived (she sent me a photo) coming 15 miles through A NEAR ZERO-DEGREE BLIZZARD! In a horse-drawn wagon! (kidding about the wagon.) I called to see if it was too late in the day to get the flowers for my grandmother's funeral the next day. The lady said no, but that they might not have some flowers. I said that was fine, and we looked at a few different bouquets before we settled on one because they didn't have the flowers for the others. That's fine. It's last minute, I get it, you have what you have. So, we finally settled on a big, beautiful, lush, full bouquet with lots of pink and purple roses and flowers, and I wanted it even bigger and fuller so I paid extra to upgrade to the premium size which is their largest. All was well, I thought. My cousin sent me a photo today of the flowers and it's NOTHING like what I ordered; it's practically just a few roses and LOTS of green. So I called the florist thinking there had been a mistake. The woman I spoke to was the same woman who took my order, and she said there hadn't been a mistake. She said, "I told you I couldn't do it EXACTLY like the photo", to which I replied, "Of course you couldn't do it exactly like the photo, but it looks NOTHING like it'. Then she said she ran out of money to use more flowers, which was astounding to me considering I ordered the bouquet from their website with their pricing! What do you mean you ran out of money? That's the price you listed it at, if you couldn't do it for that price, you should have said so, and changed the price on your website, not charge me for one thing and give me something else entirely without communicating. Then she continued to argue with me and finally said flat out, "There's nothing I can do to make this right." Like, what?! Ultimately, the flowers weren't what I ordered which was disappointing, but the customer service was the worst. How does she think it's okay to say the things she said? I'm going to try to post a side by side photo of what I order and what I received, so anyone considering using their services will know ahead of time what to expect.
