DO NOT BUY FROM NOBEE! Trust me on this and stay far away. There's too many florists out there to waste your time (AND MONEY!) with this lady. I specifically called her and told her what I wanted. Pink and white floral arrangement. I provided her with the information on her website as she didn't know which arrangement (on her own website) that I was requesting when I said "Sweet tea bouquet." She asked me to provide her with the number on the item. THat should have been the first red flag. She said she had the colors in that arrangement and would make it pink and white. I told her I wasn't a fan of carnations, and if she could find another comperable flower to add to the pink and white bouquet, please do. SHE PUT PURPLE FLOWERS IN MY PINK AND WHITE BOUQUET! I also asked her to please send me a photo of the arragnement before it went out. She said ok. I never got a photo. I know why, after looking at this arrangement. I paid nearly $140 for this! See photo below. $140!!!! SERIOUSLY? I posted below a photo of what she is advertising on her website and what she actually provided. oh, and these are only ONE sided... so don't think it's a 360 bouquet (which means half of the flowers). I specifically asked her on the phone if she could make it look like the photo. If not, I would have gone elsewhere. She promised she could. Alas, she did not. Big time DID NOT. I called her to discuss and she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. All she wanted to do was argue with me and tell me why she did what she did and that she never sends photos to anyone (she absolutely did NOT tell me that when I asked her...before the sale). She also told me that her website photos never look like her arrangements (!!!) after she told me it would before I placed my order. She kept telling me that what she provided was exactly like what I paid for. She's HORRIBLE and I highly recommend staying FAR away from this place! See Leslie's review below... Same situation here. I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to Nobee for the great job they did on our three floral arrangements for my Uncle Darrell Ower's Memorial Service. The partners, Lydia and Tami were both very friendly and helpful on each phone call. After my initial phone conversation with Tami, I sent her an email with some pictures of what we wanted and asked for a quote as to how much it would be. They got back to me within a few hours with answers to all my questions. It was so nice to know I was in good hands and that they would even deliver it to the church where it was being held. I was very impressed with their follow through and their prices are quite reasonable! I included some photos below so you can see what a great job they did! I had to send a sympathy arrangement and chose this shop because it was close to the recipient's address. I was going to order online but decided to call because I wasn't sure if they were open due to COVID-19. Tami answered the phone and was polite and helpful. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've received two arrangements from them and both were beautiful. They were both same-day delivery and were delivered in the early afternoon. The latter was an orchid plant delivered on a scorching hot day. As a result, a few of the bulbs had started to wilt (this is by no fault of the florist - orchids are known to wilt when in extreme heat). When I called, Tami offered to come back and replace the plant with another of my choosing. She was super sweet and helpful! I can't recommend this place enough! Bait and switch...crummy quality. Want to know more? Read on... Really bummed about our experience with Flowers by Nobee. We wanted to surprise a friend for her birthday with flowers. Living in Colorado, we thought it would be better to find a local shop rather than FTD or 1800Flowers. FBN had a website with various arrangements. We selected an arrangement and asked if we could have something like it, but bigger, and without the hokey basket. The manager (Tammy?) obliged and assured us it would be beautiful. When we spoke to our friend at 3:00pm she didn't mention her delivery. We called FBN and asked if they had been delivered? Nope. Despite our morning delivery request, the flowers had still not arrived. When we asked why? They didn't know...but assured us they would be arriving soon. We thought all was well when we received a call from our friend who gushed about her delivery. Turns out, she was just being polite. It wasn't until the following day, that by chance, we got a picture message from a mutual friend who was visiting the birthday girl's house, of the bouquet that said "nice". It was then we realized there was an issue. The bouquet in the picture message was NOTHING like the arrangement we picked out. The arrangement was small and limp. No lady is going to want anything small and limp. Seems like it could be a mistake...Only, she managed to charge us correctly for what we ordered, not for what she made. She offered to send another bouquet to our friend. We alerted our friend as to what had happened and to be expecting another arrangement. Love this local flower shop! They are always friendly, accommodating, and caring. Your business matters to them and they show it. Great for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and birthdays. The prices are reasonable and the arrangements are spectacular. The flowers I buy here tend to last well over a week, so they clearly know what they are doing in their buying. Vases and accessories available are fun and creative. The bouquets are also very generously filled out, so when you bring them to someone, you will be greeted with an immense smile! read more

They have magic and artistic hands that can pick any kinds of flowers and turn them into beautiful bouquets or fancy arrangement. if i could i would give this crummy flower joint a negatove rating, I would.. My daughter spent $70 on flowers on mothers day. She ordered online and had no control over who gets the order. Unfortunately, it was this place. Wow, what i got was few cheap daisys and ugly carnations in a 99 cent vase -and even that barely filled the vase! A lot of the blooms were broken off. Obviously the florist thought they could screw over my daughter since she lives elsewhere and i figured i would not ask her to be polite. You see that's what rip off florists do that you don't check on what the sender paid. That's how the gig works. I knew it was not her fault and we are close and so that's why i found hwo much she paid and how pathetic what I go t really was. Of course, if you walk into a florist place you have LOT more control because you can pick and choice what you want in your bouquet so the florist can't screw you over. Clearly they do that when they get an order from FTD. That's dishonest. So make sure if you order via FTD they do NOT use these losers. In fact, I think no one should buy flowers from any dishonest florist whose appears to game the system by putting together the cheapest crap arrangement when they get an out of area FTD order so they can maximize profits while bumming out the recipient and screwing over the person who paid for the flowers. Heck, I live near the wholesale flower market in Downtown LA I know how much flowers really cost wholesale and it's not very much. So these creeps made out like a bandit with the pathetic flowers delivered to me. read more
