They were able to come close to cornflowers (blue) and made tasteful substitutions for whatever wasn't available. It was very pretty and wrapped neatly. They did a great job with our 4 rose corsage $39 and 2 rose boutonniere $19 for prom. We were able to order flowers 2-3 days before the event. Koko was absolutely helpful in realizing my vision for bridesmaids' bouquet and nailed the color scheme, flowers and arrangement with class and quality. I called her in a panic before 10am and she responded immediately. She sensed the desperation in my voice as I explained the situation. Edit to add: My boyfriend was the one who came in to pick up the bouquet. When he asked how long it would take, he was told "anywhere from five minutes to a year," and was also told he might want to try Vons instead. He would have happily waited 10-15 minutes, but that interaction made it seem like the shop wasn't interested in helping. I completely understand shops being busy or not having premade arrangements, but the tone of the interaction was the reason he left. I ordered an arrangement for my mom the Friday before Mother's Day and it came to her looking dead while I was out of town for the weekend got many texts from people (who were with her) who normally do not complain saying half the flowers were dead upon arrival. Before I ordered my arrangement, I called to make sure delivery would happen that day - which the manager assured me it would - and she said she would personally look out for the order when it came in. Wonderful bouquet. It was delivered exactly as the photograph depicted it online which is more than can be said of other florists whose sites say they have a right to "substitute" flowers as deemed necessary. Understandable, but often over 50% of the flowers are substituted. So far the flowers after days, have held up well. The flowers in a bouquet are actually arranged vs just thrown together. read more
