I provided clear written specs and we agreed on a price days ago--I had even already paid and received my receipt. Being asked for an additional $10 at pickup for ribbon I had already specified in the original order felt like a dishonest business practice. While she did waive the fee once I spoke up, the suggestion that I should 'give them more business' in exchange for that unprofessionalism felt unwarranted and uncomfortable. The first time was through door dash delivery; my friend was sick and I wanted to send her something to brighten her day, and she said they were stunning. The orchids were in a purse bag design and super unique. Fast forward almost a year, That same friend recommended we should get the same flowers I had sent her for other friends engagement. So I ordered another door dash order, but for pick up the following day as our friend was out of delivery range, but I got a call a few hours later and said the order was ready. I told the lady on the line it was actually for tomorrow and she said no problem. The following day she followed up with another call to make sure I'd be there. I inquired about pricing for a couple options over the phone and ultimately placed an order with Ada for a small bouquet (even though I really wanted a lei). If you don't want Ada to RUIN YOUR WEDDING DAY, then do not come to the store. She forgot my order and when I called, she said "usually my customer will remind me a few days ago". Umm excuse me? Is this my business or yours? The customers shouldn't be responsible of your job! She sis agree to give me a refund and make one for me ASAP. My groomsman who was helping me pick up the bouquet waited for 30 min for a replacement and the replacement is nothing like the actual one. My theme color is dusty rose and she included lots of yellow !!! When my sister went to pick it up the replacement, she was YELLING at my sister for a good 20 min and claimed that we never paid. I have a credit card transaction that stated that I paid on the day when I visit the store in person! She can checked her own security camera! I called a few days to demand refund and her apology to my sister for being so rude on my wedding day and Ada attitude was really bad and kept on saying I shouldn't get mad on her and then she HUNGUP on me when I asked for refund and never pick up the call again. Do not come here at all cost ! And if you are curious why she only has 5 stars review because she closed down her other Yelp page with the two 1 star review (see pic below). I had given them and idea of what I wanted for my bridal bouquet and I would say it was executed superbly well. Absolutely terrifying customer service and delivery. We recently discover this cute floral shop and have decided to use them as our wedding bouquet vendor. However, on the wedding day they did NOT make our bouquet! We waited outside the store and tried to call with NO answer. Finally they picked up the phone and said they FORGOT!! If I could give negative stars to this atrocious business I would. Is this business legit or a scam because they took my friend's order months prior to the BIG DAY and forgot her order on the day of and last minute made something up which is nothing like the actual order. I understand people forget but if you're running a business the moment you forget an order, you should be reevaluating and reassessing your skills as a business owner. Not only did she not give any customer services to make up her major mistakes, she made a bouquet that did not match the theme of the wedding. She was unapologetically rude and condescending and even got yelled at when we went to pick up the bouquet. Get this! She said "next time remind me to make your order". So now it's our fault when she couldn't efficiently run her business? Wow...it broke my heart to see my friend cry on her big day because it was more than a bouquet for her. The flowers and the design she chose for her order was supposed to represent her loved ones who couldn't be there on her big day. That bouquet was supposed to have a blessed symbol. That did not happened. The owner hung up on my friend when she called to ask for a refund. Now she doesn't pick up her calls. read more

When I walked into her store, she kindly showed me around her garden in the back and allowed me to look around.
