I was told via text to pick up my order and confirmed I would, even though the website only offered delivery (which I still paid for). I reached out the day before and again the morning of asking for the address and received no response. When I arrived, I waited 25 minutes outside with no communication. At no point did anyone mention they thought the order was for delivery, despite me clearly confirming pickup. When I asked about the delay, I was told they thought the order was for delivery and that the owner was busy working on a wedding. That explanation was frustrating, as I had clearly confirmed pickup in advance and was already there waiting. The situation with another event shouldn't have impacted my order, and it didn't align with the communication I had received. When I finally received the order, it was obvious it had been put together last minute using whatever materials were left. The photos speak for themselves ... what I received looks nothing like the arrangements shown on the website in terms of fullness, detail, or overall quality. Between the lack of communication, the long wait, and the final product not matching what was advertised, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. That said it's easy to let hubris kick in and think "throw a big party... how hard could that be? Maybe I'll do it myself"... DON'T. Of all the investments you will make into your wedding the choice of hiring a wedding planner might be the most important. Stranger yet is that you need to make this choice up front, but the true value is back-end loaded as you get closer to the event. Be patient. When you are feeling the pressure of pulling off one of the most important events of your lifetime and ensuring your 150 person guest list has an amazing time and that a venue you've never been to before beyond the tour is everything you wanted and more on the day, in your pictures, and in your memories, Bloom and Blueprint will be there. Casey was an absolute joy to work with. Up front she put in the work to help put us in contact with prospective vendors, give us guidance on the process, do some budget planning, and get some input on what we were looking for and generally give us an overview of what to expect along the way. She adjusted her style to ours letting us be as involved as we wanted to be and also present for anything we needed when we had questions. The truly heavy lifting started about 3-4 months out from the wedding date as the design meetings came about and it was time to start putting together a show-flow. If we had been left to do any of the design ourselves it would likely have been nice, but what Maggie and her team did was nothing short of stunning, and would have been impossible for us to come up with even with years to plan. We and our guests loved how original, fun, elevated, and high quality the decorations and florals were. We had a 14 hour day of ceremony, lunch, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Our requests were that we wanted it to feel effortless and unhurried to us and our guests. We wanted time to eat the food, drink the drinks, dance, and actually hang out with our guests. We didn't want to be ushered from place to place to check all the wedding boxes, we just wanted to have a good time on our wedding day with our favorite people. Casey organized everything in such a way that it felt seamless. Organizing the many vendors, working with the venue and advocating on our behalf, making sure none of the little details went overlooked and fighting any fires that come up to reduce the stress of the last minute unwelcome surprises. A story to highlight this was that one of our linens for the table coverings had become a central template for our program designs and seating chart etc. On the Thursday before our Saturday Wedding Casey and Maggie discovered that the linens were stuck in Chicago and were at risk of not arriving on time. Casey spent hours visiting other linen stores around AZ to find an alternate vendor, but the linens were proprietary to the original shop. In order to make sure their problem did not become our problem, Casey called me with a solution: they'd swap the tables and then do a custom wrap on the tables with the print. It turned out better and more impressive than if the linens had arrived as planned and there were no surprise expenses. We could not be happier with the way our wedding turned out and it is thanks in large part to Casey and Maggie.

The delivery occurred when I wasn't home, and it was a hot morning, but luckily it was left in the shade, so it survived until I was able to return and bring it inside. I understand substitutions for items but atleast make an attempt to have it look like the full bouquet you're ordering. There was hardly any filler flowers and the greenery was all shredded and a major eyesore. I called to let them know I was disappointed and they only offered reasons to why it was okay and that they could come pick up the floral arrangement if the recipient was that unhappy. The recipient isn't going to tell me their gift isn't nice. I'm the one that's unhappy for paying for something and not receiving what I was paying for. The few flowers that were received look nice but again nothing like what I ordered and paid for. Very bummed.

I was shocked and couldn't believe that he had been swindled by this business for such a paltry and underwhelming bouquet I understand this is a floral business and needs to be able to make a profit, but this is totally unacceptable and ruined the spirit of the gift. He paid $12 a stem for ranunculus which can be purchased for $8-10 for a bunch at ones local grocery store. Let this be a cautionary tail for anyone looking to part with their hard earned money in search for a floral gift.

Pictures weren't even taken because 1 hour prior to my ceremony, my aunt who is a florist (came from out of country to attend my wedding) rushed to tear apart my bouquet and put fresh roses in them. The roses looked old and had been sitting there for days. It's when the roses start turning color and the texture is crusty. Went from 5 stars to 1. Customer service is awesome but the product received was extremely poor.

With how busy I was with planning and work, I chalked it up to 'oh, she'll reach out by October'. It was a mistake on my part to wait and trust that this company would be professional and reach out to me. Three weeks before my wedding I call and end up being put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. I call back and was apologized to, told that while they did have my paperwork they had to figure out if they could even get all the things I ordered, and that they'd call me back. Hours go by with no phone call back. My friend got angry as I was complaining to him and he asked for their number. He politely yet sternly demanded to know what was going on with my paperwork. He was told that since I never put a down payment or deposit or signed a contract that they assumed I didn't want their services. I was NEVER given a contract to sign nor asked to put a deposit down. Their excuse was that they didn't have any contact information from me. We emailed plenty of times prior to our meeting! How did they not have my contact information? They didn't reach out to me at all to figure anything out even though they had my paperwork for months. Anyway, Athena (who was very nice and helpful after my friend talked to her; she gets five stars for dealing with him) went over my paperwork with me and everything I needed and said she'd send over a contract that I had to pay upfront. At this point, I didn't have much of a choice but to go with this company as no other place could get me all the things I needed on such short notice. I paid the contract, which was $40 more than what I was first quoted with Lena. On to my wedding day, my friend set up for me. I was never told that the company did not offer set up services! The only thing they did was drop off all my flowers, set up some garland vines, and drop off the china. The china! I didn't find out until after, but my friend had to scrub clean all the plates and water glasses because they were so dusty and still had stuck on food from a previous service! I also ordered ten black candle sticks to use as decorations and no one told my friend about it, so she didn't use them. I'm glad she didn't because they still had goodwill stickers, dust, and candle wax on them! While my flowers and bouquet were pretty, they weren't gorgeous. My bouquet could have been fuller with different flowers and it kept falling apart! My tossing bouquet completely fell apart right as I tossed it. Please, save yourself the trouble and find another florist/catering service!
