I'm a little disappointed with the flowers received. I ordered from their website for Mother's Day. The picture of what I thought I was ordering verse what was received was a let down. I understand substitutions for items but atleast make an attempt to have it look like the full bouquet you're ordering. There was hardly any filler flowers and the greenery was all shredded and a major eyesore. I called to let them know I was disappointed and they only offered reasons to why it was okay and that they could come pick up the floral arrangement if the recipient was that unhappy. The recipient isn't going to tell me their gift isn't nice. I'm the one that's unhappy for paying for something and not receiving what I was paying for. The few flowers that were received look nice but again nothing like what I ordered and paid for. Very bummed. read more

Beautiful people doing beautiful things! Called around town to get a vase decorated with silk flowers and gave up after hearing "sorry, we don't do silk arrangements" to " buy the flowers you want at Michaels and bring them in for us to arrange". As I was running errands I saw Fred's and all their silk arrangements in windows and it was a blessing. Dropped my vase, showed them a photo of the space in my house it would sit in, and have them carte blanche to do what they're best at. We stumbled across this little gem of a flower shop today and are already planning our return. This family owned business is full of unique items including a cool birdhouse covered in moss! The flowers looked very fresh and we observed a man buying a beautiful assortment of irises, tulips and other flowers. I was tempted to take them out of his hands and run... but decided I'd send my daughter a similar bouquet for Mothers Day.
