My partner got me a bouquet of flowers from Form Floral for Valentines Day. He told me how much he paid for the bouquet and it was $47 for such a small bouquet that you can fit it in a bud vase. I was shocked and couldn't believe that he had been swindled by this business for such a paltry and underwhelming bouquet I understand this is a floral business and needs to be able to make a profit, but this is totally unacceptable and ruined the spirit of the gift. He paid $12 a stem for ranunculus which can be purchased for $8-10 for a bunch at ones local grocery store. Let this be a cautionary tail for anyone looking to part with their hard earned money in search for a floral gift. read more

I ordered a flower crown for my sisters baby shower and when I went to pick it up at the time I had scheduled, no one was there. I ended up getting a hold of them and she was VERY apologetic. I cant lie, I was irritated but she explained that there was a technical error and to make up for it, she delivered my flower crown to my house and gave me a full refund. She did not need to do that at all and I was really appreciative. Mistakes happen every day, but the way people make up for them is what makes a difference. My parents sent me a floral arrangement for a difficult day last weekend; it was beautiful and sophisticated--I was astonished by the thought that had obviously gone into the design. When I deconstructed it tonight to retrieve the flowers that were still alive so I could make a new little arrangement with them, I was also surprised to see they were anchored in chicken wire rather than the usual (cheaper and easier to use) florists foam. It looked like it was rushed, the greenery was kind of skimpy, and the leaves on the top of my head (where it was most noticeable) were spotted or just not full looking.
