At the last minute, FTD informed me they couldn't deliver the flowers on her birthday. Needless to say, I was incredibly disappointed. After 3:30 p.m. on the day of her birthday, I called White House Flowers, hoping for a miracle. Not only did they agree to help, but they created a beautiful arrangement and made sure my mom received flowers on her special day. And they did it all at a reasonable price. I truly can't say enough good things about their customer service. They were kind, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile when another company completely let us down. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and they turned what could have been a ruined birthday into a wonderful memory. My advice: skip the national flower brokers like FTD. They simply act as middlemen and, in my experience, didn't seem to care when things went wrong. Instead, support a real local florist.
