Ari (Arash) reached out to me personally to confirm a few details and told me not to worry -- that they're the go-to florist for the Montage Resort -- and he couldn't have been more right. Here's the crazy part: as my wife and I were heading out through valet, I noticed someone familiar. It turned out to be Ari, whom I remembered from high school over 20 years ago! We reconnected for a moment, and I told him how amazing it was that after all these years, I was now getting flowers for my wife from someone I knew back then. Later that evening, when we returned to our suite, my wife was speechless -- it was the perfect surprise. This was especially upsetting given that she has a proper business license and explicit permission from the coffee shop to collaborate and sell on their property. There was no attempt at a calm or professional conversation--only rudeness and confrontation. It's disappointing to see behavior like this in what is generally a friendly, community-oriented city. Local businesses should be supporting one another, not policing others with entitlement and poor attitude. Unfortunately, this interaction reflected someone more interested in asserting control than showing basic decency. Do better please....

I ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement again, and the quality and design were really nice. They do a great job putting together something that feels thoughtful and well-styled. There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.
