The most rude unprofessional and awful florist and flower place there is. They forgot the card, they forgot the balloon, and they forgot the vase I bought to be delivered. I called them and told them I want a refund. The manager called the person I had the flowers delivered to and bothered her. She then called me back and lied about saying the card was there and nothing about the vase and said they did not have a balloon. She said she would take the flowers back and that's how I could get a refund. She literally was going to go back to the person I sent flowers to and take them back. She then hung up on me. She ruined and made a thoughtful gesture of sending someone flowers a nightmare. read more

I had one conversation with Ginna and she immediately understood the vibe we were going for, she suggested flowers and greens to match our wedding attire and worked with the hotel to erect an arch with flowers. While working with a local harbor cruise company for a corporate event I was recommended to connect with Ginna and her team at Flowers By The Sea. after a few initial emails and an in-person visit to the shop to set up requirements, I arrived at the venue the morning of our event and WOW! I was blown away with the incredible floral boxes Ginna and her team had designed for us. We also requested a unique custom centerpiece which was set-up with expert care and attention and that was with artificial flowers and they tied in beautifully with real flowers, gorgeous boxed designs for the tables. Add to that Ginna's cheery bright and enthusiastic personality, and whomever I connected with at the florist during the lead in, they all knew who I was and what our project entailed.
