I placed my order by email ( I was told it was the easiest way to place an order) stating that I would like the bouquet of flowers to look tall and grand with roses for 1 st wedding anniversary. The lady I spoke to said she will make it tall. I thought it would come out beautiful since I read the good reviews. I trusted them to make it nice after a short phone conversation to confirm everything. The actual arrangement was small and short and didn't look pretty. I spent $100 on this!!! It didn't look full and looked just thrown together. Even after calling to let the florist know I wasn't happy with the appearance and size of the arrangement, they didn't offer me a resolution. Most good businesses offer some resolution. I understand due to Covid, businesses are short staffed but they should let me know they can't handle a nice arrangement. I called this shop and spoke with Ati about what I was trying to accomplish, and she was very patient, kind, and followed through on everything we discussed. She assured me that she would add something special to the bouquet, make sure it made the statement I wanted it to, and that everything would be completed and the bouquet would be delivered same day. From the time I spoke to her to the time the bouquet was delivered, less than 3 hours had passed. Crown Valley Florist was everything I had hoped when I put in my delivery order online. The flowers were beautiful! Bu tthe best part wa s this - my delivery driver Ramiro was AMAZING. He called me when he arrived to let me know that no one had answered the door. He then his the flowers at my request. When the recipient was not able to find them, Ramiro answered his phone, and was able to describe where he had left them. Apparently, Ramiro hid them so well from thieves, that my friend had a bit of a hard time finding them!! When I called Ramiro very distressed he was kind, considerate, and patient. Disappointed long-term customer. I have been using Crown Valley Florist for years, sending 2 or 3 bouquets per year to my elderly mom. She always raved about the flowers and referred a number of her friends to them as well. But I ordered a bouquet a day or two before Mother's Day and my mom was very disappointed -- she called and told me I should get my money back because the flowers didn't look fresh, they started dropping petals, and the roses never opened before dying. She had a friend text me a photo of the flowers the day after Mother's Day to show me how droopy they looked. Long story short, I'm a busy person and didn't get around to notifying the florist right away. I sent a dated photo so Ati could see when the photo was taken (within 48 hours of receiving the flowers), but she told me that her policy is to replace the flowers only if she's contacted within 48 hours, so there was nothing she could do a few weeks later. I was disappointed in her response..., but I thought I would give them another chance. I called to place a new order for my mom's bday and asked if they would give me a discount (any discount!) given what happened with the last bouquet. The woman whom I spoke to said they wouldn't, but they would add something special. I asked at least twice if she would speak to Ati to relay my concerns and ask for a discount, but she basically said no, that was their policy. Well, it's my policy not to do business with folks who don't do the right thing, especially for a loyal customer. Frankly, my mom should have received a free bouquet to make up for the one in May..., and at the very least they could have offered me a discount on a new order. There are plenty of other good florists in town, so I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I ordered flowers online, because it was late in the evening, and the site was super easy to use. They have beautiful pictures online and lots of options. I placed the order close to midnight and assumed the flowers would arrive sometime later afternoon the following day. Well, it seems as though my experience with this business is quite different than the norm. I ordered the enchanted flower arrangement for Mother's Day. The flowers my mom received were beautiful. However, they were not what I ordered and they were not upgraded, which I had paid for. I called the shop around 5:00 PM to tell them about my experience and the manager would not even let me finish a sentence. She admitted that her designer made a mistake and that they would repair the situation by either: 1. dropping off another, smaller arrangement to equal the total amount of flowers she should have received or 2. deliver the correct arrangement and ask for the original arrangement back I told her these two options don't work for me because they've already made the mistake of ruining the effect of delivering a big, beautiful arrangement. She asked me what I would like, and I said: "deliver the arrangement that you were supposed to without asking for the original ones back". I think this is a fair request. You made a mistake, it's Mother's Day, I've paid a lot of money - fix the situation. She then tells me, "you don't own the business, I DO!" to which I replied, "You asked me what I would like so, that's what I would like" She says, "you know what, I've met people like you... give me your credit card number, I will refund your money back" Needless to say, I will never, EVER rely on this shop for a special occasion ever again. You can have the most beautiful flowers in the world, but if your attitude is dirt, then what you're delivering to your customers is DIRT. If I want to buy dirt, I'll go to home depot. **************UPDATE: THE BUSINESS OWNER CONTACTED MY MOTHER ON MOTHER'S DAY. She accessed my private information to obtain my mother's phone number and called her at 9:00 PM on Sunday night to apologize that the flowers weren't "BIG ENOUGH FOR HER" and convinced her to ask me to take my yelp review down. What should have been a nice gesture for Mother's Day turned out to make my mom feel horrible on Mother's Day; what a great sentiment to get with flowers. If she wanted to resolve this situation, she could have called ME. NOT HARASS MY MOTHER. It is absolutely unacceptable that someone would harass another person on Mother's Day about a YELP REVIEW. I was told by Atieh that I would get a confirmation email later in the day when they were delivered. It was nearing the end of the day and still no confirmation. I was still in meetings unable to call, so I sent another email asking for an ETA. No reply. End of the day, and the flowers never arrived. I was disappointed that they were not going to arrive before sunset. I was devastated when it hit me they were not going to arrive AT ALL. I consider that terribly horribly handled and since I was sadly unable to be home for this special day, these flowers were to be a tremendously important symbolic gesture. I even paid extra to upgrade them to the highest level for the arrangement they offered which I assumed guaranteed special handling. I never even got an email saying they were not going to be able to fulfill my order in time to give me a chance to find some backup alternative. Extremely disappointed.
