I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.

They were very professional and calm concerning my concerns with children possibly getting hurt with how the ball pit section wasn't cushioned. Pathetic customer service. I ordered a gorgeous dozen roses to be delivered 2 miles from this florist in the same City of Laguna Beach, but made a honest mistake and had them delivered to the billing address (approximately 6 miles away from the intended delivery address). I called with utter frustration on my part for making such a silly and overlooked mistake. I spoke to the owner, Arash, who kept blaming me for the mistake, which I acknowledge to. However, I asked him if he could assist me in making this a day of joy for the person receiving them by picking them back up and re-delivering it to the intended address. He said sure and wanted "a minimum of $50.00." Silly, but based on my invoice, the shipping and handling charge was $15.00. I told Arash, I would pay an additional $15.00 for the inconvenience and mistake I made. We went back and forth about $50.00 be awfully excessive. He insisted it was not his fault, which I made sure an clarified it was not but my fault. I asked politely if he could really work with me but he insisted he maximize his profits. This was my second time ordering flowers from this florist. You would think the business would be loyal to their customers and provide outstanding customer service, but no. There are tons of other florist that offer great products and superb customer service! Don't shop here.. his model? Maximize profits by providing awful customer service. My daughter did a destination wedding in Dana Point, CA, so we knew nothing about any florists in the area. She happened to find Laguna Fine Florist and immediately liked Eric when they spoke. He was always very responsive and most certainly took care of our every need, and did so beautifully from start to finish. We were able to meet with him personally before the wedding at which time he did a mock bouquet for us and had samples of all the other flowers we were planning on using. He paid close attention to details and did a beautiful job on everything we had him do. We are very particular, to put it mildly, and I would highly recommend Lagauna Fine Florist. (As an extra side bonus, there is even parking you can use and that's hard to find in Laguna Beach!) read more

6/9/14 - I can't say enough about laguna florist, they were amazing. I ordered all my wedding flowers over the phone from the east coast no less, and all went seamless. I knew from the first phone contact laguna florist was professional, answered all my concerns and followed up with timely emails. When I arrived in CA and visited the shop the owner walked through my order to make sure everything was just what I wanted. The day of the wedding the flowers were delivered on time, fresh and beautiful. The next day we held a brunch and placed all the bouquets on the tables as center pieces and they were still stunning. Laguna Florist helped me out in a pinch with a couple flower orders my family made for a memorial mass at the little Catholic chapel on Balboa Island. We had some misinformation, but luckily he called the church to confirm and worked out details to make sure someone would be available there on a Saturday so the flowers wouldn't be left without someone there to recieve them. The Beach flower called me back promptly, she was so nice and took time to speak with me about their burial wreath options. The wreath showed up on time and was more beautiful than the pictures on their website. It floated as described and made for a beautiful end to the ceremony as we watched it float in the gentle current of the sea.
