My mom and I went in on a Saturday afternoon with a couple things that we wanted to be made into a wreath for my father's gravesite. Although we had no idea what we wanted, the lady that helped us (can't recall her name) used what we brought in to make something we liked and suggested how to finish it off ourselves since they were out of what we needed. I got married this past weekend and realized the day before that I needed a bouquet! I was in from out of town and had about an hour to get one. I had slim hopes but Google brought up this florist and a recent review mentioned they were last minute saviors so I gave it a shot. First, I'm not familiar with bouquets at all. I told the woman who greeted my mom and I needed a bouquet right away. I knew I wanted white flowers with a bit of greenery but that's it. She asked some questions to gage how elaborate or simple I wanted it. She asked questions about what I wanted to spend. She questioned what specific flowers I wanted. She was so nice and patient while I answered every question with 'I don't know.' I know nothing about flowers or what bouquet should contain. Someone else came from behind the counter. She picked up some white flowers from the fridge and pointed to some greenery. Told me what she could do with them and I agreed. Five minutes later I was out the door with a gorgeous bouquet! I couldn't have been happier! I was expecting annoyed staff when I waltzed in asking for an immediate bouquet and would've accepted it as my poor planning. Instead all 3 ladies were so pleasant and helpful. They seemed genuinely nice and friendly as opposed to the generic forced customer service. When I got in the car I told my mom that it went too smoothly for there not to be a catch because it was too quick, easy , and inexpensive when I anticipated something hectic and expensive. STLF reached back out to me within a few days, and from there it was nothing short of perfect. They asked what I wanted, and the results were amazing. From communicating only through email, they captured exactly what I wanted and more for my wedding day. They were so easy to coordinate with and it made a very stressful time so much easier for me. Their pricing is also very fair (you truly should be charging more!), especially for the size and quality that you get. Susie was very professional , and has a clear understanding of her product and the needs of her customers . I placed an order via the telephone from over 2500 miles a way to be delivered locally. I had called a few other local florist and they were not able to simply tell me what they had in stock to be able to make an arrangement for next day delivery. Susie knew exactly what she had and in less then 5 minutes we had the planter chooses and the orchids to. It was followed with an email confirmation and because I am so far away and I placed a custom order to my liking Susie is sending me a picture .
