I was grateful since I have no way to go to the store myself. I called and asked if someone was available to assist me in placing my order. I was told that they don't do that. They wouldn't sell me the plants that day for pickup the next day. The reason had something to do with watering the plants or something - I wasn't real clear on the logic. I explained that I wished not to order plants, but to purchase them and my neighbor would pick them up the next day. I was told that they don't do that. When I stated that either way, if I purchased them now for pick up the next day, or purchased them the next day for pickup that day, the plants would remain in their store for the exact same amount of time. Getting nowhere, I asked to speak with a manager and after being put on hold, was then told the manager was taking care of a customer and they didn't know how long it would take. I asked that the manager call me when he was finished with the other customer. I left my name and phone number, but no return call ever happened. I guess he is still with that other customer. It is a popular store in a good location so maybe they have enough business and don't care about me or my money. Bizarre.

For my dad's funeral we worked with the owner to create a few pieces. Libby was so kind. We quickly put together a vision and Libby ordered some additional flowers we wanted to make the most beautiful arrangements that represented our family. My dad's flowers were masculine, elegant, lively and modern. Some funeral flowers look so "funeral like" or "old person" but these were so different. We all loved them and appreciated the short turn around. Highly recommend for any occasion!
