Just a really disappointing experience. The flowers are just ok. They were for mt daughters 30th, I needed them delivered in the am to her because she going into the office. I wrote that on my order form. But since they are non profit they deliver when they want too. Not communicating that information screwed up everything. I had to tell my daughter and spoil the surprise for her. Make sure she was home at the time. I've never had this problem before with a florist. I'll go back to Matlock florist and pay more money. The arrangement was just ok, not amazing for a $100. I could have just brought flowers and make it myself. You want to support small businesses, but non profit shouldn't be an excuse for not having quality products. Just disappointing all around experience. read more

Just like anyone who has ever planned a wedding before - I started our wedding planning process with a very vague, yet oddly specific vision in mind for what our wedding would look like. I didn't have a color scheme or anything actually concrete to plan around but I knew I wanted the entire day to feel like a whimsical, ethereal garden party. Based off of what is typically found growing in gardens, I knew that florals would be the most important part of our wedding design/decor & we needed to be a little extra picky about our floral vendor choice for that reason. After finding Kati Mac Floral Designs online, I spoke with Amy about what I was looking for & she immediately felt that Ashlee would be a great fit to help me turn this into something real - she was right! From our first conversation, I knew that Ashlee was exactly who I was looking for. Ashlee & I spoke pretty often over the year leading up to our wedding & no matter how many times I changed my mind about our plan or how disorganized my ideas were, Ashlee was always organized enough for the both of us, incredibly patient & helpful as we figured out what I was really looking for & made me feel heard & understood every time we spoke. Once we figured out that we REALLY wanted to throw an....ethereal garden party ceremony followed by a whimsical pink pastel disco reception....we really got to have fun together bouncing different creative ideas off of one another. Ashlee always made me feel like we were in this together & like she was really excited about my ideas & making them a reality. As soon as Ashlee brought the bouquets into my hotel room the morning of the wedding, I knew she had knocked it out of the park. When I got to the venue with my bridal party, I was absolutely speechless when I saw the floral installations she had created for our reception accent wall & our ceremony arch. I may not have known in the beginning what my very vague, oddly specific vision really was, but I knew on my wedding day that Ashlee had created it for me. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but I cannot recommend Ashlee & the entire Kati Mac team enough. A month after the wedding & ALL of our guests are still talking about how gorgeous our flowers were! Our day would not have been the same without Ashlee's beautiful, beautiful work. read more

Just ordered a last minute arrangement for a spontaneous trip to the area. I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate yes. They advised me that current offerings included many local flowers. Ordering and payment was easy. Looking forward to surprising my other half when we check in to our hotel. Will update on arrangement and delivery. If there were a way to give 6+ stars, I would! Not only did the arrangement arrive on time, it was exactly what I pictured! Beautiful and fresh. They even called to make sure that the flowers arrived and were what I wanted! I went in to purchase a small bouquet of flowers on Wed. and was denied service. I've been going here for years and loved everything about the shop. I can't believe they would not sell me $25 worth of flowers so they could only fill orders. Wouldn't a florist have extra for walk-ins? How about putting a closed sign on the door! My fiancé and I were looking at Kati Mac for our wedding this May. We had an appointment on August 31st, 2017 where we reviewed everything we were looking for and gave a strict budget. When we left, we were told that they had 3 weddings that weekend and our quote might be delayed to the following week. Fast forward to nearly 3 MONTHS later, we completely forgot about Kati Mac and booked another florist who was actually able to get us a quote. I get an email on DECEMBER 12th with no apology, and a quote for our wedding flowers as if nothing was wrong. The quote was also $1500 over the budget we discussed. When I responded that we had gone with another florist since they ignored us for 3 months, I barely even got an apology, let alone an explanation. This is appalling, especially knowing that we would have spent thousands of dollars on flowers for our wedding. We went with another local florist, who kept the flowers in the price range we discussed, and responded to us immediately every time. Kati Mac was a massive disappointment. Very disappointed in the flower arrangement I received from Kati Mac, I spent $106 on the arrangement and it doesn't reflect the value at all. The entire bouquet looks very rushed and throw together without any care...just what want for my $100 arrangement. On top of the sloppy job, half of the roses are already brown around the edges the second I received it. Also I noticed the employees were keeping beer in the flower refrigerators in the store how professional !! Maybe that is why my arrangement looks the way it does because they were drunk ! I wanted something nice for my wife's 30th birthday. I went in the late morning and requested a delivery in the afternoon. I described the type of flowers I wanted but gave them free reigns as long as my bouqet looked romantic. The end product was awesome and my wife loved it.
