Instead, after some apologies for crossed-wires about expectations they sprung into action to create a new bunch very much different from the first. They did well to stay patient and attentive despite me being a very contrary customer. I guess it pays dividends to bow to customers wants and needs because - well - here I am now singing their praises. There were bunches of fresh lilies sitting out the front as well as plenty of delicately arranged bouquets. While I was not looking to pick up anything that day, I will definitely remember Pollen Florist for its stunning arrangements, friendly staff, and convenient location.
