On the appointed day, I got a call from the dasher in their shop. They were no longer taking dd orders. I spoke with the shop keeper and she blamed doordash. I ordered from the florist's website, how could it be door dash's fault. They should have fixed their site and not blamed the delivery service. The order was cancelled with my money refunded. I had to figure out a way to tip the dasher whose tip was also refunded. This is no way to do business. I don't care how pretty their flowers are.

Quite obvious they made my arrangement with OLDER and POORER QUALITY FLOWERS !!! What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem ! If you bought an appliance and it doesn't work they refund the money !!! In this case THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL AS THEY HAD MY MONEY !!!
