So disappointed, now my mother doesn't have the gift I wanted her to have because I trusted the wrong flower shop! I will never ever order anything from this place again! Pesches should have offered a refund and sent an arrangement for free for not placing my order correctly. Even after I explained how important it was that she receive this particular flower. How much she loves them and they still ruined my gift giving experience! How incompetent. I would not TRUST them for anything ever again because they don't stand behind the product they sell!
