Beautiful bouquet delivered on time. I ordered a holiday bouquet to be delivered Christmas Eve. I got a photo of the delivery and the flowers were even prettier than the photo from the order page (I had approved minor substitutions if needed). My fiancé had actually stumbled across her shop when getting off the train one work day. He had surprised me with a beautiful bouquet for our anniversary. Ever since then, he's been smitten by the shop owner and continuously recommended her for our wedding. Now I must say, I am quite a detail oriented and picky bride. When I walked in for the first time, I didn't know what I wanted. She had some albums lying around and would show images of her previous work just to get the creative juices flowing. She would open her fridge to show me some flowers and free-style bouquets to help match a vision in my head. She was also very helpful in letting me know in advance which flowers would react poorly in the heat of July. Throughout the entire consultation, she would listen intently and take notes. Even when COVID protocols hit, she remained beyond flexible and accommodating in revising floral orders and wedding dates. She was very prompt in responding to my emails/calls, and was very careful in attending to all quantities and printed out conceptual photographs. Last minute, she even had my mother and I bombarding her separately with ideas to create bows for the church pews and she even let us loan two floral pedestals from her shop. If you haven't figure out already, I love flowers. I always dreamed of having a garden-style wedding. When I saw her arrangements on my wedding day, my jaw dropped and I cheered with so much excitement. They were EXACTLY what I wanted and they were unbelievably fresh. Since then, I have requested my husband to buy a copy of my wedding bouquet for every anniversary! I researched several florists in the north and west Chicago and suburb area and no one compares, esp. considering the "wedding tax". She is very friendly, humble, and beyond accommodating. From the quality of vendors I explored, Ana quotes close to 30-50% less than the price at what I discovered at other florists. For my wedding, she made the bouquets herself, did not charge extra for delivery, and was willing to decorate reception tables in-person with eucalyptus centerpieces without an additional surcharge. Note, it must be considered I did have a large floral order, although I will definitely vouch that she is very fair in her pricing. The Purple Rose Florist is your go to shop for wedding arrangements, anniversary flowers, or even just a small bouquet for a cheery dining table. You will fall in love every time. read more

I received a floral arrangement from Purple Rose as a gift for my birthday. The flowers were beautiful. They lasted a very long time, over 2 weeks. The delivery person didn't see a car in the drive when coming to deliver so called to make sure I was home. She didn't want to leave them in the cold, which I thought was very considerate of her as other places just ring the bell, drop and go. She just did 6 bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and the CUTEST flower crown for my flower girl for my recent wedding. Everything was perfect.
