An incredible genuine human and always listens to his clients on what they're looking for and, most importantly, delivers on that request! While I've been with Tito for a number of years, I see the same respect and professionalism across all the barbers in his shop. He stands very proudly by his shop and wouldn't bring anyone subpar into it! The barbershop just received a new facelift and it looks very modern and clean! There is waiting area to sit in, however they are a busy shop so I would suggest setting any appointment via their website before hand! The shop is in a strip mall so parking is always available, just off 19 so very easy to get to! The prices are on par with what you can expect from a true barber shop. When I moved, she gave me the flash card she kept for my visits with a detailed breakdown of the steps it takes to get my roots to the perfect blonde. My appointments took no longer than 2.5 hours or less and I only needed my hair toned 1 time and cost around $95 - $115, depending on what I was doing with my hair. After looking around for a new stylist, I settled on Moda Milano as the salon seemed very professional, with a full service list with pricing. A full head of foils is listed as $115. When I made the appointment, I gave them a detailed run down of what I needed and was told it would be $115. Awesome! Or so I thought...my appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't even get in the chair until 3:30 or later...I gave the stylist the detail card of how to do bleach my hair. She barely looked at it then handed it back to me...it was literally 5 simple steps. Fast forward close to 5 hours and THREE toners later and i'm just done at this point. The salon is empty as everyone had gone home that worked there and the stylist then tells me "that's $195". WHAT?!!! I told her that I was quoted $115 and have never spent more than that in my life. She then said "well it was alot of work".... I was so angry because I KNEW she wasn't just following what I showed her and said "It's never taken more than 2 and a half hours to do my hair". She ended up taking $10 off. TEN FREAKING DOLLARS. The next day, I started doing my hair and I found that my entire head has spots like the photo i've included....my ENTIRE head.
