I've been a customer of Doug's for nearly a decade and I've recommended him to many friends and co-workers in need of auto repair. Over those years, Doug has worked on four different vehicles we've owned, two Ford wagons, one Mazda truck and one Honda sedan. Doug owns a small auto repair shop, so my advice is to be proactive and schedule regular maintenance. I usually call a week in advance to schedule a tune up. Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.

I was a month behind and couldn't get ahead due to my whopping 34% interest rate. (I know people with horrible and or no credit who don't even see this number) so they never would allow me to change my due date until I got current. 305$ monthly payment and a lot of times I tried to pay more, and sometimes 4$- 117$ would go to my premium. I totaled my car by hitting a deer and they said they would help me. I made two car payments in the month of March without physically having a car anymore. And then they said they would request my new loan on a Monday. They told me to call back Wednesday. So I did. The girl on the phone said we are processing your request at this moment. I'm carless, you waited 48 hours? Ok let that slide. They called me the next day and said I would have to make two more car payments (again carless, the next two payments have to be ON TIME) so I paid 303 dollars on the 25th and with this coronavirus expected me to turn around FOR THEIR DUE DATE pay 303$ more on the 2nd. 612$ in 7 days, after making two payments in March!! And then again the next month, before they would give me a loan. I don't have that extra money laying around, especially when there's a pandemic and especially when I don't have a car to get to work to get these funds. WHAT A JOKE. These people are NOT about their customers, they're about the bottom line, only!!!
