She is never there on time, she will promise you a date for the products to be done and then she still won't have it done in time. When it is done, it's crooked, spelled wrong, using the wrong colors, the sizing isn't consistent, and overall the work is shoddy and expensive for the quality of work. You'd be better off getting something off Etsy or mass produced in a sweatshop, half the price and twice the quality. I won't be using her services again.
