She didn't even have the hair length I wanted and she ended up cutting a longer hair length to fit what I wanted. Which brings me to the next point: bring your own hair! This hair she offers sheds so much, the curls don't last and I kid you not it is stiff at the ends of the hair! I have only had my hair in about a month at this point and one the tracks in the back is poking out. Mind you I tie my hair up every night and even when I am just walking about at the house with 2 scarves and a satin bonnet so it's not like I am not maintaining the style. I asked her to take a pic of my hair before she added the tracks so I could see the braiding pattern she used so when I took it down it would be easier. The braids were not neat...at all. I really wasted my money and the worst part of it all was I gave her a tip because I was just happy she showed up at the appointment after not communicating with me.
