I guess I've been wowed by the great service of other Cape Coral MMJ dispensaries because, again, the experience at this particular Trulieve stop was painful...again. If ZERO stars were available I would have marked it as such. I arrived to a waiting room in which every chair was taken. Some were walk-ins, others like myself were preorder. I, a woman how walked in minutes after me and a man who came in five minutes after her...waited and waited for someone to simply check us in. One woman I spoke with, who had a one item preorder pick up said she had waited at least twenty minutes so far. Finally, around the 25 minute mark, a friendly rep came to the check-in window, taking our I.D.'s in the order we arrived. From that point, one-by-one, every other person in the room was called. Even the folks who "walked-in" after me. Then, I was called. When I left, the waiting room was totally empty. I estimate my total time was 45 minutes. There is NO organization at check in and they sure don't keep FIFO order at check in. I will NEVER go there again. I highly recommend SunnySide on Del Prado, which has a drive thru. Five minutes maximum is all it takes to arrive, pick up your order and leave. read more

Maybe it was just me and the other four people who were told the same thing, but the customer service wasn't even there. I was spoken to as if I was a third grader. They had multiple ATMs in the branch I went to (North Ft. Myers location,) or it was a convergence of multiple inability to help situations. We all had to go a quarter mile away to use an ATM at z 711 to get our cash to pay; due to the location only accepting cash at this time, but that was the (nicest possible terms) shotty customer service began. Me not knowing they took cash only, having to literally run to 711 then back just to be told to get to the back of the line and treated as if the bud tenderer just saw me for the first time. I can't stand being patronized like that. Customer service =no stars, location cleanliness=1 star. Being treated with respect no stars. I will never be going back to the North Ft. Myers location ever again. Definitely lost a valued customer today. I fully understand why people sho go to TRULIEVE say what they say now. Just trying to let buyer beware. By far the worst dispensary customer service and waiting time in all of lee and collier county, every time I go here I have a problem, for instance this time I hadn't been back since my card had been renewed she made me get on the website myself to confirm I'd renewed my card, haven't had to do this once in any of the 10 other dispensaries I've been to since it's been renewed and now currently sitting here for 25 minutes now to go back, when there was 3 people in front of me. They have great products or else I would not come back here. If you want to come here make sure you have all your ducks in order and have an extra 45-1 hour, or try their pickup option. I purchased flower from Trulieve in Cape Coral. I found when that it had a "sandlike" substance. I only smoked 2 joint and the "sand?" Was injested . I took pictures of it and sent it to my daughter who lives in Denver. She has worked in the marijuana field there for years. She immediately told me not to smoke it (too late) and that it was mold. I took the pictures and container to Trulieve where I purchased it the day before. I asked for a manager and waited. A gentleman came out, identified himself as manager and after showing him everything(pictures and container still containing residue of the mold). He said their policy is not to refund or replace unless the product is returned. I explained I wish I could, but I have injested it. I was scared and worried. He looked at me and said "you don't look bad, so I guess you'll be alright". I was so upset. After going back and forth with him....he repeated over and over, "sorry, that's policy....". This was my last visit to Trulieve. I believe if there was mold in my location, it could be in others. I feel custoner service is what will set dispensaries apart. i would not recommend the Trulieve in Cape Coral. Every time you come there's a long wait or they're not fulfilling orders. i placed an order at 8 am and never got a confirmation email. when i showed up at 3:30 pm to pick up my order i still had to wait an hour. every other trulieve in SWFL is fast and effective. i would brave the drive to fort myers to shop than have the terrible experience at the santa barbara location read more

The delivery service is terrible. You never know when they will arrive or will they have sufficient change. There is no real customer service. I was helped by Melissa, who was a long time employee, and Amber, who was a fairly new addition to the crew. They were both so kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Cape Coral, FL location is always understaffed and rude. Express pickup takes 30 minutes. Manager doesn't respond to suggestion or issues. Call late afternoon to check on order... put on indefinite hold. Check online wait list & it says they're closed! Check their website & it says order pending... Next day... Go into the store to resolve the issue. Just sit & wait again. Of course the next day the discount price is no longer available. I go here strictly for flower There flower is good and prices are normal The staff is half awesome half awful If u have Sheila, Charles, James, Kevin or Susie? You're in great hands... if you have others i highly double checking ur transaction from ur items down to ur payment. This location has gone downhill. They used to be prompt on sending text messages when orders were done, or they'd call if they couldn't complete an order. Now they don't do either, so even if you place an order online, you have to go in & wait vs checking in online & getting ahead of walk-ins. Frankly, it's total crap. been going here for about two years and never really had any issues until manager Missy arrived. Exchanges of defective product were not honored and she lied straight to my face about store policy. She told me that they cant look up past orders from other locations(bug lie) and that was her basis of denial. I spend $1000-1500 a month on my MEDICATION at trulieve and this would have been only my SECOND return/exchange in TWO YEARS. thankfully customer care helped me out and gave me a refund no thanks to her, and the 3 stars are for the other wonderful employees that work there. read more
