Last week I get 7g from the same brand and 3.5g has mold spores all over the nugs, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Talked to the manager and they said there's nothing they can do for me and that even though these issues are rare it does happen... ok? So if you know that you should help your loyal customers. This was the last time I come to this dispensary. If the product isn't dry or short it has mold so beware.

When I arrived my car's clock said it was still a few minutes before 8pm. When I got to the door and swiped the doorbell I was told to come in as normal. As soon as I stepped in the door I hear a voice yell at me, "WE'RE CLOSED!!!" I was confused and pulled out my cell phone and sure enough it had just rolled over to exactly 8pm. I was unsure of what to do. I was let in, but yelled at that they were closed. So, I just said "I placed an order online" to explain that I had tried to plan ahead. The tall lady that had been talking said, "yes, I know I just cancelled your order and put everything back. Register's closed." I said, "Ok, I'll come back tomorrow I guess". The tall lady then pointed to another woman that was helping a customer who, I guess had not walked in exactly at 8pm and said, something about "she can help you", "I can put your order together again". At this point I was embarrassed, and very uncomfortable and still confused why I was allowed in the business and told they were closed but then told another lady would still help me. I just said I would come back tomorrow. She replied, "Don't you need your script for tonight"? I said, "No" and just left. Honestly, I will NEVER return to the Boynton Beach location or any location of Sanctuary. There are too many places to shop for me to go some place where I'm made to feel like I'm a burden as a customer, embarrassed, and yelled at. When I got back into my car, I checked my email and saw that I had been sent an email at 7:55pm saying my order was cancelled. So, my order was cancelled before the store closed knowing I had just placed the order online and was likely on my way to pick it up.
