I have never used a cleaning service before so i was skeptical about it until i saw the results. I had just accumulated too many dirty clothes and didn't have enough time to ever get them done myself with my busy schedule. When I went in, i was promptly and politely greeted. There's a reason first impressions matter. They are often the deal breaker between making or losing business. I came in needing to clean my bedding and clothes not realizing Fluff & Fold had an option for me to leave my laundry with staff for them to clean, dry, and fold for me. Now, any business could have offered me that and earned my business that day, but the reason I will be a returning customer to Fluff & Fold is because the staff did not give even a hint of attitude when I asked if a same day clean was available still in the evening. I was actually expecting to have to pick my laundry up first thing next morning, but Kayla very kindly said yes to my SameDay request much to my surprise! Not only did the staff due their job well; they did it with an outstanding attitude which is rare to see these days. Now, I only had one concern which was how dry the heavy blankets would be upon pickup. Once I picked them up and got them home I was shocked at how well dried (and still warm) they were! Fluff & Fold clearly takes pride in their business and represents their services well with whom they choose for staff. It is an understatement to say their service was worth every penny I spent. I went here the other day and met these two women that worked here. They were very helpful and answered a few questions and advised me that you can set up an app on my phone to do my laundry. Since it was my first time there I had exchanged my money for quarters. Next time I'm using the app I still got a ton of quarters from the last time . This laundry mat is clean and also offer services to clean laundry, bed sheets , comforters etc. They have pick up and delivery services. I've never seen a laundry mat like that. My family actually felt safe here vs the ones we have went to before. I'm definitely going back to this one. read more

I have used Fluff and Fold Laundromat on Standiford Ave., in Modesto a few times now and I love the job that they do. I use the Pick up and Deliver service and find it to really work well for our household. The app. Is easy to use and it's all straight forward easy. I am 80 yrs. And am not all that tech savvy but their app. Is pretty easy. The clothes come back clean and folded nicely and orderly. I am fussy about my clothes being folded neatly and these are. Came here to wash all of my thick fleece blankets and comforters since my washer and dryer at home can't handle how big and heavy they are. Best laundromat that I've been to so far in Modesto. Staff was very helpful and friendly to all questions I might have had. I even got to bring my pitbull pup in with me since they are pet friendly and I loved having that convenience. 10/10 recommend !! This is my very first time using fluff and fold. My washer broke in the morning that I started a big pile of laundry and was a bit overwhelmed when the repair gentleman told me that it was gonna take a week to get the part to fix it. My husband had heard of fluff and fold and told me to give them a call and I am extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. The woman that answered the phone to her time explaining all the different services and options. They came to pick up my laundry and return it the next day, folded to my expectation, items on hangers that I did not expect. Everything was very clean and folded to my expectations. And also love how they separated, socks, and underwear, hung shirts and overall all items were separated and neatly put in a bags. This is BY FAR the best laundromat around,I live all the way in Hughson and have absolutely no reason to come this way , I choose to come all this way just because this is the cleanest, friendliest with AVAILABLE staff , the washers have no dirty smell like every single laundromat I've been too, I even tried to brand new one in Oakdale and was very unimpressed... The GIANT machines here are only 5$ I can legit fit two loads into one for only 5$ . There is staff on hand at all times here because they do other peoples laundry but they aren't here just for that they are truly friendly and always helpful with amazing smiles on! They have toys for the kids . Do y'all realize how much that helps when you're a parent trying to do laundry with young kids . I can't stress enough how clean the place is including the washers , I will drive 35 minutes one way just to come Here . Literally can't give enough stars . read more

Next door is a liquor store, dog grooming salon,full sized supermarket, wings,night club,sushi restaurant,auto parts, massage parlor And fast food (Arby's and Burger King). I want to commend the owners of Fluff and fold. I have my own washer and dryer but occasionally I have need of a laudromat. This one is the best in town! I am a senior and sometimes did not feel very safe going into a laudromat service and spending time sitting there waiting for my clothes to finish. Never had that feeling at this laudromat.
