Today i came in for a 2pm appt and did not get to lay down for my lashes until 10 mins after. Now this isnt the first time that Lina was late but today i have other appts so i needed the timing to be prompt. Not only was Lina late but before i came in and during my entire session another lash tech named Mary slept on the bed next to me. Lateness and sleeping is very unprofessional. Dont get me wrong, my lashes came out great and i paid for my services however upon paying, Lina became very upset stating tip is not included. I explained to her that this time i will not be tipping due to my dissatisfaction with the overall service. Lina proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers stating that she gave me a one hour service. I explained to her tip is not for the service or a "service fee" as she called it it is for the quality and experience of the customer. Great experience = tip. The more someone likes the service the more they tip. Despite not being fully happy with my experience this time around i offered Lina $5 in singles as a tip and still explained that i will tip based off the quality of the lashes and not more. Lina refused the tip stating she doesnt need a few dollars and that she is still unhappy. I said okay and walked out. While the quality of the lashes at Ele is great and professionalism is usually better, They receive a poor rating for professionalism today and have lost a customer.

When Safie did come out she said you can go to the room in the back and get undressed again no greeting. The room was on the smaller side and I didn't see any place to hang my clothing. I waited for an additional 5 minutes for Safie to come to the room. When she came the she asked if I was getting a Brazilian which I responded yes, and she said I gave you time to undress and I indicated I couldn't locate a place to hang my clothing. She closed the door and showed me the hook on the back door. I would have never thought to look there as the door was open when I came to the room. Someone should have given me instructions want me to the wrong as it was my first time in that location. Safie, services were good but a bit rough and I've been sugaring for 10 years.
