The owner called with some nonsense story about the receptionist should have told me this....which she never did. I honestly like the place but will not spend a dime here because I hate being treated unfairly. Apologize and say we dropped the ball on communicating this to you, but don't have me feeling like I'm crazy and didn't follow your policy! Don't even waste your time....the owner is rude and the receptionist doesn't have much sense either.
