She didn't focus on one area at a time or typical areas of tension. Pulled on my arms and legs in unnatural uncomfortable positions. The facial was semi decent but there were no extractions, eyes were not covered, nothing was explained. They get 2 stars because the spa pedicure was spectacular. Seems like is a nail salon with a massage room and they just pull a nail tech to provide spa services. Never gain.

The rooms and very small and the bed side manner is slim to none!!! Throughout the entire massage I could not relax as all I could hear was loud conversations from the nail station a few feet away. No calming sounds or music....just loud voices the entire time. I could not relax at all.... The facial was decent but the massage was extremely underwhelming. Another important factor is that the person my husband booked due to her great reviews was not the person that performed the services. So no I would not recommended this spa to anyone. For $375 you can do way better. I'm only giving 2 stars because the facial was decent, otherwise it would be a solid one.

Only Restaurants are allowed under the city ordinance are allowed to charge extra for using a credit card due to the Covid Pandemic! She's patient, and caring as is Amy. If they are not available when I have time, I make time to work with them because perfection is important. After moving to LI, I have been hesitant to visit another salon fearing I won't get the same treatment and care. This salon is clean, the staff is really friendly, and they offer a variety of manicures. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking.
