Mind you, they had just opened and the floor was litter with hair, the area where they store the towels looked like towels you would find at a 1 star motel, and to put the icing on the cake, they forced you to tip, even when they know they are giving you bad service. One of the hairstylist looked like he received overnight training on how to blow out hair. I felt really bad for the women sitting in his chair. Someone from the BBB and/or whomever checks on the ratings should visit this establishment; because it was Unsanitary. Very unsatisfactory; I would never give my hard earned money to this place again.

They were supposed to open at 9am. They did not and when they did open they relied on the customers to say who was first, second, etc. The entire salon is that of an open concept from front to back. The salon is very small and there is a serious need for renovations and some upgrading. There were two stylist on the day I went. Heidi was my stylist (again based on a referral). She took me right away and she did good job. I doubt if I will go back.
