The front office staff were very kind and helpful. My wait to be seen was only about 15 minutes, which surprised me because they were quite busy. The medical staff were very friendly, caring and professional. The doctor removed the growth and informed me that only if there was concern regarding the biopsy, I would hear from them. I was in and out of there in about 30-40 minutes! This facility is also very close to where I live, which makes it so convenient.

I was in the room alone for about 10 minutes until he came in to finish. No apologies or explanation for the over 2 hour wait, no reason for them not knowing where the plastic surgeon was.
