I paid $5000 for lifetime lazer treatment. They didn't send me an email that the Oviedo location was closing till they were already closed. Also mind you they sent it outside of business hours. I never trusted Angelica from the day I met her, there was just something about her that threw me off, and maybe I should've trusted my gut. Also idk how they could be struggling with finances when it's always a challenge to find an available appointment. You'd think if they're that booked, that they must be making good money. Just a conspiracy but I wonder if some money laundering went down. It just doesn't make sense that all of a sudden they are having financial problems and need to shut down. I also have no clarity on my lifetimes sessions from the email they sent stating "8 purchased sessions and the rest are complimentary" like no I paid for way more than 8 sessions. Also asking us to drive to Jacksonville or Tallahassee is wild. After reading other reviews, I have seen that they aren't releasing peoples contracts or medical records which is illegal to withhold. I will be looking into trying to get my stuff though. I'm sorry for anyone else this has affected as well as the PAs and NPs that were working there.

Terrible experience. I felt baited to just keep spending money. I was the only person in the office…read morewith the person doing the injections. I dont feel that I got what I paid for. I had blinders on saying it was to keep the light out if my eyes. Filer was placed where we did not discuss it. Being I couldn't see, I was immediately injected beside my left eye. Well, I had to get the other side done so I wouldn't be warped. I was told I would receive 1 needle of the juvederm volux on one side of my nose and another needle on the other side. Nothing changed. I was swollen from the needle punctures. I was told the same procedure would take place on my jawline. It started disappearing after 3 days. That was suppose to be the volux. My nose area was a different type of juvederm. Then there was botox. Nothing changed. I went to a different spa about a week after and received treatment. When I went back for my 2 week checkup at absolute, everything was the same. Just a tiny bit noticeable. Just enough to be talked into spending more. We looked at before and after pics, then she told me that she had only placed a little bit. Why was I charged for full needles. I had the blinders on that she placed on me. I actually contacted Alle' (makers of juvederm) because I refused to believe their product was not working. I looked the same as I did the day I walked into that office for the first time. She was telling me that she was going to give me products to take care of my face. All the time she was saying, pay for them. She said when you come back, I'm going to give you a facial. By this time, I was catching on. The facial was $600. The lesson that I have learned is not to use people that use the product themselves. She let me feel her jawline the first day, and it was nice and firm. Im 67 and she was older than I am. No frown lines, no wrinkles.....just nice flawless face. My volux didn't feel like hers. I still have my before and after pics (I think). But she has them. No change. I was so hurt. I wanted to look nice for vacation, but that didn't matter. I was in tears. If anyone need to reach out, my number is 4079611681. I was refunded half my money. But only because she got tired of me proving she did me wrong. My heart was broken. I thought i had finally found someone i could trust. She really let me down and was still trying to bait me for more money.

How do you lose someone's business before they ever enter your facility? With ineffective and…read moreinefficient receptionists. Called in for a pricing quote for Botox - Botox is priced by the unit and it's very easy to price. Many places have varying rates and that's okay! However, when a customer calls in and asks what the price per unit is, it should be obvious this is someone who has had this done previously. Instead of answering the receptionist asked my name "who is this?" Wow. Professional. I gave my name and repeated the question. She said "well you can come in for a free consult." "No, I would like to know the pricing per unit before booking a consult." "We don't give pricing over the phone." I said no thanks to booking a consult and ended the call. The receptionist apparently called back ten minutes later? I had a missed call, called back and it was this place. "Hi I had a missed call?" "Yes it's Leilani, I was just calling back to let you know we have specials on our website." Ma'am. This isn't efficient. I said no thanks, I had already booked elsewhere (and had!). Botox is pretty straightforward. It's okay to have it done at a Med spa (the days of going to the plastic surgeon for it are gone.) When a customer knows how much they use and just relocated, it may or may not come down to price if the customer service is decent. But flat voices, inability to be straightforward and calling someone back when they say no thanks conveys disorganization and lack of transparency. Pass on this one. Three stars for the benefit of the doubt.
