It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one has to try. Big words definitely throw her .. I don't know how else to get her to understand relatively easy concepts. . Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa.. well, what was once a lucrative med spa.... My Rather simple ask "of information and a break down to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. Kristin could not get it through her head simple math and location. However, when a customer calls in and asks what the price per unit is, it should be obvious this is someone who has had this done previously. Instead of answering the receptionist asked my name "who is this?" Wow. Professional. I gave my name and repeated the question. She said "well you can come in for a free consult." "No, I would like to know the pricing per unit before booking a consult." "We don't give pricing over the phone." I said no thanks to booking a consult and ended the call. The receptionist apparently called back ten minutes later? I had a missed call, called back and it was this place. "Hi I had a missed call?" "Yes it's Leilani, I was just calling back to let you know we have specials on our website." Ma'am. This isn't efficient. I said no thanks, I had already booked elsewhere (and had!). Botox is pretty straightforward. It's okay to have it done at a Med spa (the days of going to the plastic surgeon for it are gone.) When a customer knows how much they use and just relocated, it may or may not come down to price if the customer service is decent. But flat voices, inability to be straightforward and calling someone back when they say no thanks conveys disorganization and lack of transparency. Pass on this one.
