Came in the following day and was told by other employees that that was not true and that they would not be able to complete the drug test. I'm on my 4th attempt now and i'm pretty sure they'll either be closed early or give me some random excuse the next time too. Go to literally any other location and you'll be fine.

Their check in process is pretty good. A few hours before my check in time, I received a text message and I followed the link to virtually check in. If you are inside the lobby there is a big screen, displaying your position in the queue. It goes by appointment time rather than check in time, so if you arrive way early, all you see is people arriving after you but with an earlier appointment being slotted ahead of you. Therefore, there's no point in arriving much earlier than the appointed time. The screen also tells you how many clients they are seeing at the moment and how many people have checked in. Then, when I am near the top of the line, I receive another message telling me to get into the lobby (should I be waiting in the car or elsewhere nearby) to be ready when they call my name. A lot of transparency there instead of just sitting and waiting with no clue when your turn is. So... the reason for the two stars: my arm was all bruised up after the drawing of blood. It was a bit greenish and bruised immediately after, and then by the next day this big bruise developed. Definitely the worse blood test I ever had!!

After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. There are far better, safer, and more professional clinics out there. I've had done my Botox for the first time and Doctor Ancizar made me very comfortable, he is amazing , sweet and caring person . I'm super happy with my results . My face is not only wrinkle free but is just so smooth & glowing and look totally amazing ! Definitely coming back !
